Instead they all had a good attitude and were very polite! We did have a little bit longer wait time, but they were working as fast as they could, ensuring all was done right, and helping each other! Will definitely go back!

Unfortunately, once I was in the bay and he pulled up my information, he found that they were out of the oil filter specified for my vehicle. I was told I could go out and purchase my filter elsewhere, bring it back and they would complete my requested service. I was expected to pay full price even if I provided the filter! No thanks.
