- AYAmy YoungSep 18, 20265.0I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so efficient and friendly and also suggested a coupon that saved me $25. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!
- PAPrince AloSep 12, 20265.0Heaven was great and knowledgeable at her job! Amazing customer service! Be sure to give her employee of the year or a raise!
- MCMichael ChavezSep 11, 20261.0The technician stripped my drain plug bolt and couldn't fix it so he had to put a temporary plug and told me that I would need to replace my entire oil pan. They didn't even offer any way to remedy the mistake they made. Poor service. Definitely won't be back.
- SCSterling CraveySep 11, 20261.0Spilled oil in engine compartment, left oil filter loose. No resolution other than we really appologize for the inconvenience. Called customer care back with no resolution other than the store manager would be the person to contact. I will not be returning to this location for further “SERVICE “ of any kind. After posting the second review: Customer care did call me back and got the store manager on the phone with me to give me a refund for the oil change.
- ARAnita RamirezSep 5, 20265.0Eythan and Alexia were very nice and friendly. Greeting me with a smile and professionalize. They told me what they were going to do to my SUV 🚙 and even let me know there was going to be a free car wash near by at another facility. Thank you so very much, I have been to several Valvaline stores and you have gone over and beyond kind and helpful.Thank you for your service, keep up the good work!!😃
