- AQAlex QuinonezOct 7, 20265.0Better than all the other washes here the machine actually cleans. Only wish there were people at the end to dry, but other than that the dryers at the end are powerful

- BGBasilio GalindoSep 26, 20261.0Never had a issue with this place until today, i went for a wash like always all employees inside the control room doing nothing no one guiding cars in well as the screen instructs me to pull forward i do thinking im aligned and straight with the belt system or so i thought Nope i wasnt worker comes out tells me to put in neautral which i already was and then they stop the wash “inconvenience to the other customers right so worker tells me to back out and they have to align me well they wouldnt have to if theres always a EMPLOYEE GUIDING CARS IN! as the driver we only assume we are straight! ok they align me Worker tells me to make sure its in neutral which i mentioned its in neutral! car wash starts and then she yells STOP put in neutral i yell back ITS BEEN IN neutral!! Instead of all employees sitting in the control room at least one needs to be outside guiding cars to make sure cars are not off the racks!!!!! im not at fault if the system gets damaged your employee didnt guide me in i assumed i was straight! you say you dont have team members to assist but have multiple workers inside the control room
