When I asked the manager why it was different from the picture she said that’s just how it was. Makes you wonder what else you are paying for that you are not getting.

I can’t say it’s the company as a whole because I’ve been to their other car wash locations and have never had any issues. If you can’t help a customer, just say so instead of making fun of them or giggling at their questions. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never return to this location, and I hope management hires employees who are respectful, professional, and know how to treat customers with courtesy.
