  They were really sweet- I went for a engine filter replacement because for the life of me my car had the filter placed in the most complicated spot in order to be replaced- so much so that I couldn’t replace it myself despite buying the replacement filter for it. Showed up they didn’t have it on had but could have it the next day (my car isn’t a common brand and model to see around west Texas) but guess who did have it on hand? ME. I explained that I had tried and failed on my own- then I watched as they grouped together and tried and got to my cars difficult engine air filter after all the drilling and pulling- it was a success my car runs so much more smoothly and they didn’t even charge for the service.

  The people there are nice & very professional!! The service didn’t take long at all, about 10 - 15 minutes. Thank you Darius for providing the best friendly service I’ve seen in a while

  So, I used valvolene (how ever it's spelled) couple yrs back, for an oil change. They messed up my car and I had tovget it fixed. Last year we used take 5, across from heb--- it cost us over 170!!!! Just for an oil change. Tried to get it done elsewhere and was told the bolt would come off, so no oil change. This time, stopped by rapid, behind target- on penbrook- and they were so helpful, kind and fixed me up. The bolt came right off... they checked my tires and let me know the issues, they checked the battery and fixed it up for me..it was like being surrounded by doctors, the car was the patient and they all worked together to help fix what they could. It was wonderful!!! I did use the oil i had purchased, since no one could use it. Cost me 21$!!! Beats 170!!! Go to rapid!!!! Just go, they were awesome!!!! And they knew my misery -they had left those employers to work at rapid. Its better, just go!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

  Good prices & spectacular service. Zane was phenomenal & even offered to check out my concerns & I greatly appreciated that! I recommend if you need a quick, greatly priced oil change!
