  Davin, JR and Jose were simply amazing, as was Matt!!! The sale was not pushy and they worked with me very well. I am a very cautious buyer and they handled my every question. I recommend them to all my friends!!!! So excited!

  So I am not a give a review guy at all. The gentleman that I spoke with through the work being done on my Honda Odyssey was on the money every time. I don’t know his last name but his first name was Jackie. This dude was solid the whole time. My van was in the shop for two weeks and he was on point the whole time. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Thanks Jackie, and thanks Lumos Honda!

  If I could I would give them no stars. Bought a vehicle was promised the moon and the stars. That’s until they took the down payment and papers was signed. Now cant get a call back from Octavio Rodriguez.

  I purchased a vehicle from a different Honda dealership, and before I got it home it had warnings showing up on the dash. I took it to Lumos Honda of Odessa to be serviced, and I was not disappointed with the outcome. Jacky and his team were able to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. He also had a few phone calls with the dealership I purchased the car from I was able to take my car home without paying anything out of pocket.

  THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE. Beware! After using Kelly Grimsley for service for the past 12 years where I was treated kindly while they took excellent care of my car, I took my 2024 Honda into Lumos Honda and the so called bumper to bumper warantee was not honored. I was told I would have to pay for the parts and after they were ordered the vehicle would be repaired. Some of the parts they took off my car were left thrown aroucnd the floor of the car, while wires were left without a cover on them. After I took the vehicle back when the parts arrived, I was told my seat would have to be "cut up" (yes that is exactly what was said). Then the repair would be much more expensive than I was previously told. I canceled the repair, but was told I would not be refunded for the parts. I went to pick up my vehicle and the new parts were thrown around the front seat of my car. I don't even know if they were all there. I am out over $700, my car is left with hanging wires and all I have is a bunch of loose parts. They will not make it right and when I asked for the general manager, the service manager would not answer me. I asked for the name of the owner of Lumos Honda and was not given that information either. I would never buy a car here. I feel for those who bought cars there recently. You may regret it because the service department is swindling customors. I was lied to and treated very badly. I would NEVER use this dealer again. Update to your comment, Lumos Honda. I do not have any missed calls from you, nor do I have any email from you. It looks like this is just something you say to negative reviews. There is no point to calling as the phone is not answered and I was already told nothing will be done. Try reading the comment before responding!
