  Thea was a great sales person, didn’t beat around the bush and gave great customer service. I’d 100% recommend this place with Thea as the sales person just because the experience was nice and easy and FAST.

  I bought a 2018 accord with some dash lights on indicating that it had a wiring issues. And before I signed i wanted to make sure that I was able to get them fixed. Was talked into buying a warranty and was told....because I asked 3 time before signing that the repairs would be covered. Because if not I would never have decided to buy a 2018 for 22k. After about 3 months letting the paper work go through and what not I finally took it in... after a week and a half of no word ...i started asking questions and wanted to again make sure my warranty was gonna cover it... i was told by Jose in finance multiple times with witnesses that my warranty covered everything except tires and glass up to 130k miles... but while at the shop was told all I had was a power train and that it wound not cover the repairs needed. And when I called finance Jose politely called me a liar and and said he would never sell a warranty on 2018 that would cover that. Even though as he was walking me through the docs at signing assured me 3 times everything but tires and glass up to 130k miles... i then told the service shop I needed my car cause there's no way I'd be able to afford the rates they charge. After getting it home tonight..i find out that now none of my steering wheel buttons work and it's throwing completely different codes then when I dropped it off almost 2 weeks ago. So not only did they lie to me...call me a liar..laugh at me when I told them I'd be lookin into a lawyer but they caused even more damage.... this is kelly grimsley all over again... if i could give negative stars I would.. i will never come back and will tell everyone I know to avoid business with them.   I went one time and told them i had “christmas lights” and all they did was clear them off of my screen, they took advantage of the fact that it was me (a woman) and my grandma and charged us $200, they gave us a paper when we had came back a second time (they had told us to come back in after we complained them clearing the lights did nothing) and they were going to charge us over 1k for something that the car didnt even need. I know this because we went to another place to get my car fixed and they gave us a totally different diagnostic and they fixed it and werent trying to take our money like this place here, so in the end we lost $200 with this place, i do not recommend coming here.
