    Super easy, i just did everything online. I even got there earlier than expected by 2 hours, the guy was nice and polite and was helpful having a truck ready for me to use. Even when I got there early. They let me park my personal truck there while I used theirs. And they also have a drop off key in case you return your vehicle after hours. Im super grateful for the experience

    This place is a joke. The staff is rude. I made a reservation over the phone and the customer service was extremely nice and helpful in answering all my questions of what I had to have to rent a truck and when I arrived the lady was short and rude and basically told me I couldn’t rent their. I will not drop this and will go up the ladder to let someone know their staff at this location is unacceptable.
