I will continue to leave these reviews. Enterprise has not tried to make anything right! Maybe this is why Britney gets away with being rude and treating customers how her self esteem feels. She treats people how she feels throughout the day and doesn’t respect anyone or their rights. Enterprise I have called and filed multiple complaints and not one , ZERO, calls to hold accountability . Britney will get you for your deposit despite following protocol.

Super easy to understand with fees, great rental, we even needed to return days early and they were helpful in doing so.

This place was a lifesaver after MAF was completely out of rental cars and I was almost stranded!! Unfortunately forgot to get her name but the woman working the rental desk was so sweet and helpful!!

Worst service ever I have a rental because I have a claim through my insurance. They said I could pick up anywhere as long as not in the airport Enterprise. The girl refused to give me a rental because she said that I was scheduled to pick up in Midland went to Midland and manager said otherwise. He said I could pick up my car In Odessa, there are no restrictions to where I pick up a rental car for a claim on my insurance. This is why I don’t rent from Enterprise when I need a personal rental car, But my insurance said they have a contract with them so I couldn’t go anywhere else. Don’t do business in this location.

I’ve never had an issue with this location but I also hadn’t came into communication with Brittany. After 30 days of a rental, I had to contact the branch specifically to make the extension. On a Saturday the branch opens at 9am, was on hold for one hour and when Brittany finally answered , I was told I would get charged $192 for less than 24 hours. My weekly rate was $226, Brittany went on to tell me that the corporate wasn’t handling my extensions properly and I would not get my deposit back. Unfortunately for me , it was a holiday weekend . I returned the vehicle that instance but if you come to this location just be aware that Brittany will treat you based on how her day is going and not as a customer.
