- ZHZachariah Haverly5 days ago5.0Super fast and efficient. Got me pretty sweet little cadillac. When my car was ready, I dropped off the rental and they drove me over to my repair place. Waited for me to pay out and unload all my stuff. Just really pleasant experience.

I was refused service by a representative (Heavy set Hispanic girl) on 8/24/26 she was incredibly rude simply because I wanted to use my business debit card. The most frustrating part is the absolute lack of consistency. I had literally just driven an Enterprise rental car from Austin to Odessa using my business debit card with zero issues. this employee insisted that I could not use a business debit card to book a round trip to go back to Austin and return to Odessa. Busines account has over 100k!! It is completely unacceptable to be treated with such hostility and disrespect over a payment method. This employee needs serious training in basic customer service. The only saving grace of this visit was another young Hispanic lady with braces. She was incredibly nice and helpful to me. Her excellent service is the only reason I would rethink to remain a customer after 14 years
