- NNNick3 days ago5.0RECOMENDED: This location is busy three times a day. If you call and dont get someone. Just wait 20-30 minutes then call again. Elizabeth and Marlene handled my rental and return very efficiently. I appreciate the respect for time. Their office is also clean which is a big plus and all the cars are cleaned before being provided to the customer which is another plus. (No one wants to smell fast food from someone else) Thank you Miss Marlene for the additional assistance again.

I didn’t know, but they informed me Odessa Girl were able to help me out and help me a little bit on my way. I really appreciate y’all for your dedication to your customers. - DVDenise VegaJul 2, 20261.0I have been a loyal customer to enterprise for years and this has the be the worst branch in Odessa TX. They charged my card when they couldn’t reach out to the insurance company that was used because I was hit by someone. They waited 2 weeks and charged my card without telling me and then I finally was able to reach the insurance and they have did not refund my money. Also the customer service is awful and the girls were awful. No wonder they have 3 stars. I suggest going to Midland or Airport to get your enterprise car.

They insult their customers and one of them will have an assault chatge filed on her soon. This location is an embarrassment to the industry. Plus they do not honor their reservations. Just an absolute unprofessional experience from top to bottom.
