  Came in to buy a light bulb for my car the manager Jessica was being rude when choosing the light bulb was trying upsell me which I understand maybe it’s their job but when it was time to check out she included a lightbulb greese and I asked her if she could take it off and then sent me to self checkout (while I was the only customer in the store at the time). I asked why I couldn’t add my number she then replied “that’s what I was trying to do over here” I said then I will check out with you instead so that I can use my number she then proceeds to tell me that she can’t check me out there if I don’t buy the “light bulb greese” I had asked her why and then she says “I’m the manager and I have to sell you the light bulb” as if I had to purchase it so she could add my phone number if I wasn’t going to buy it I had to do self checkout out.. I totally understand on trying to sell something to someone but having it added to your purchase when not asked for and stuffing it in the bag so no will not notice.. I understand that it was only $1.99 but it’s the principle of the situation.

  What is up with the AutoZones around here? When the sign says OPEN at 7:30AM customers expect the store to be OPEN at 7:30AM. One woman walked in at 7:30. Then two employees just sat in their car outside it is now 8:00 and the doors are still locked.

  Great maneger she helped well new exactly what she was doing and needed when i orderd my roters,brakes for my truck and extra parts .great additud and help with a smile ,her team handeld other customers well also from what i could see and here thumbs up 👍

  I went to aurozone on 42nd street because my battery went bad on me at the gym .I had to walk down there and luckily met this God sent lady named Hokulana who helped me by taking me back to where my car broke down and changing the battery for me . I was so lucky to still have a warranty on the old battery .. thank you so much

  I'm at work so I sent my wife to buy and have one of her windshield wipers replaced and they told her no they cannot remove and replace her windshield wiper since this always happens at this location
