  DON'T GO TO THIS CARWASH!!! During my visit, the machine scratched my car, tore off my front license plate, and damaged my front bumper. An employee had to retrieve my license plate after it came off in the wash. They don't handle damage claims at the location. You have to email them after they take photos. After several back and forth emails, they refused to accept any responsibility. They claimed my bumper and license plate were already damaged, even though the before and after photos they provided clearly show the damage was not there before I entered the wash. They were unwilling to stand behind their service or make things right. I felt like they counted on the fact that most people don't have the time or money to take legal action over this kind of damage. Think twice before using this car wash.

  The carwash itself isnt terrible its when you sign up for a membership that becomes an issue, especially to cancel it. Don't email them because theilly simply reply and tell you they want you to call their to free number and sit on hold for 30+ Minutes or go in...(if i had time or went to the location that wouldnt be a problem, but thats why I emailed) This has happened on 2 different cars with them on membership now. their location isnt convenient for me anyway (why I am cancelling it) so I guess I'll find another that doesnt want to hassle their customers

  Alaina was very helpful she helped me pick out a wash plan. The wash was great and vacuum's were strong.

  I’m really tempted to cancel my membership because one of the perks is to have a member’s only lane this location hardly ever has the other lanes open so I’m always having to sit 2 to 3 cars back to wait and to get into the car wash which is nothing express about that.
