  Spoke to someone in person to cancel my membership. They said ok yes mama and then see they charged my account and refuse to refund membership whether I spoke to someone in person if I call, I have the right to cancel my membership, especially if you charge that day and I called that day to cancel the membership. Very poor customer service

  My husband received an email to update our card. He canceled 3 months ago at that time. I handle the bank account and asked him about his car wash membership. We are still being charged and you can’t get through on the listed phone number. Mailbox is full. Been that way for a week. How do we get this stopped?!!! Worst company EVER!

  2 stars. This customer sit-in drive through carwash isnt worth the cheapest wash price, which was 14 dollars. At most, I recieved a 6 dollar wash. The entrance attendant didnt do any pre scrub on windshield or bumper. He didnt tape rear windshield wiper. And sent a vehicle behind me in very close proximity. The vehicle on rear bumper combined with the sub par exit blow dryer and NO exit attendant giving courtesy dry, left vehicle water spotted. Im sure these factors have something to do with this being next to a highway, but no excuse to charge 14 dollars for so little.

  I left a VM over a month ago to cancel my membership. I never received a call back. However, I was charged yesterday and I left another VM and still no return call. I see why alot of the reviews are horrible.

  Their automatic car wash is very rough on the vehicles going through their tunnel. It actually scratched the front end of my 4Runner but I couldn’t prove that it was caused by their equipment.
