  I initially came here because of the other reviews. I was having some oil level issues and just needed a new oil change. I talked to Zachary and he listened to what I had to say and then broke down all my options. He didnt try to upsell anyhting. He was extremely nice and got my car taken care of. I now have some advice on how to take care of my oil changes from here moving forward as I had mentioned that I am a ride share driver and have lots of miles on my car. Once again, extremely satisfied and definitely will be back!

  I had a fantastic experience at Strickland brothers today! Zachary and Weston were incredibly helpful during my visit. They not only took care of my oil change quickly and efficiently but also pointed out a few things that needed attention. I really appreciated how they showed me exactly what the issues were, making everything very clear. Their communication was top-notch, and I left feeling well informed and satisfied. Highly recommend their service!

  I DID NOT have a 5 star experience. Emissions inspections are a scam the county and state use to flece Texans! Every single year there's some issue: the inspector isn't here today, our computer is down, we can't get to you until Monday, the inspector won't be here until noon... This year I went through all of that with a different place. Today at Strickland, my gss cap failed. I work nights. No sleep AND NOW THE GAS CAP FAILED THE STATE SCAM!!!! I went to get one and came back...IT WAS THE WRONG ONE!!!! O'Riley's couldn't follow instructions. I went back and got the right one. This time I overcame my fatigue and checked his computer myself, tested the gas cap myself.. I went back and sailed on through... Strickland Brothers made this nightmare experience as comfortable as possible. The assistant manager was sharp, courteous, professional and expedient. I hated sitting in my car though. I think that's a stupid way to do things but probably good for them. I'll go back next year and every time I need my oil changed. If I have had bad service with my day I'm sure I would be sitting in jail right now! Strickland Brothers saved my life

  This place is extremely overpriced even with me telling the person that I am off work at the moment due to infection on my leg and I have yet to get paid. He said oh go on here and get a $20 off even after the $20 off it was $110 to get my oil that is 4.6 quarts of oil plus an oil filter then he states I need my tires rotated which I do. I get them rotated at all my oil changes but he said for $20. No I always get them for free anywhere I go. I’ve spent $68 no more for an oil change entire rotation is included for free. This place must be hurting for Money complete rip off do not go

  I want to thank Weston and Corey for their incredible service today! I have never been here before but I read the reviews and decided to give it a chance. I arrived and immediately Corey greeted me and Weston gave me an ice cold water bottle. They got right to work! What I REALLY appreciated was how Weston told me the things I might need going forward and said that they would be happy to take care of those things on my return visit. I have been to others places and they make it seem like if you just buy extra services, your car will fall apart. This was not the case at all! I appreciated the kindness and care as if I was their sister coming to get an oil change. This is my spot from now on! The coupon was also a wonderful benefit as I’m on a budget. Thank you Weston and Corey for your excellence and kindness. I will highly recommend you to anyone who asks!
