  I only stopped in for my vehicle inspection and WOW!! Attention to details was outstanding. Safety protocol adherence, amazing. Greeted with a cold water and a smile. Shop looks great, clean and organized. If I didn't do my own maintenance I would bring my old and new vehicles here. Beyond any service shop I have ever been to. Great job guys!!!

  Corey and his team not only helped me with servicing my vehicle at a reasonable price but offered at emissions test when he saw that I was past my registration sticker's expiration date. Althroughout the service, they educated me for what was best for my vehicle while being respectful to not sell me for any unnecessary services. If you want a team that will not only service your vehicle but look out for you and your well-being, head over to this location!

  I got an oil change recently and I would describe this place as a "pay for the experience" oil change company. They make a huge deal about the customer and process including: Giving you a water bottle and air freshener when you arrive, calling out to each other with each step as they perform tasks, and serving with a smile. There are a few things that I thought could have been improved/clearer though: On first impression, I was handed a tablet to put in my information and the tablet screen was heavily cracked. It was usable, but looked like it had been through WW3. In the list of fluids checked, I didn't see the transmission fluid listed. I don't have a CVT transmission and was wondering why it wasn't on the list. I called first and it always directs you to an AI agent to answer initial questions. The AI agent said the oil change I was asking about "started" at $79.99 up to 5 qts with the implied reason being that adding oil was the only cause for it to be higher. Upon speaking to the location directly and in person I was quoted two options: $117 or $120. This might have been acceptable since I knew I had a coupon. Then even after using my mailer $20 coupon, my total was still about $122, which was $40 higher than their system told me over the phone and higher than the market average for this type of oil change. While the tech did ask my approval before beginning, since I was only given those two options, I didn't see an alternative. Please update your AI answered prices because it comes off deceptive. I won't call and talk more about the experience. This is all I need to say. I might try you again if the price matched what your system told me over the phone. This felt like a bait and switch.

  Wow! What a great experience! They were thorough, they educated me on what to do to keep my car running smoothly and they were very time efficient as well :) I would absolutely recommend them to everyone i know!

  This is a horrible place, taking advantage of young woman. Trying to upsell on stupid shit that you know damn well a young teenager doesn't know anything about! ZACHERY and WESTON The MANAGER IS THE MAIN CULPRIT!! U KNOW DAMN WELL U TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG WOMAN GETTING HER FIRST EVER OIL CHANGE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY CHARGED HER $165 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. TELLING HER SHE "NEEDS" a gas treatment and other stuff, when u know damn well that she didn't. It is incredibly disappointing to see a business take advantage of a young woman's inexperience instead of treating her with honesty and integrity. Rather than helping someone who was clearly unfamiliar with the process, they chose to exploit the situation for their own benefit. Businesses should know better and hold themselves to a higher ethical standard. Taking advantage of someone's lack of experience is unacceptable, and I hope others think twice before trusting a company that operates this way.
