Vanessa was a very hard worker and did a fantastic job helping me when I brought my truck in for a repair. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Time was quick and the cost was reasonable as well.

Congrats to Mrs. Vanessa she finally has a store!!! She’s the reason I’m apart of the Mavis family! She genuinely cares about people offering amazing customer service that fast food places should have lol! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have given Mavis a chance! The work that they do guarantees me a piece of mind plus all parts are lifetime warrant through them! Since Mrs. Vanessa has transitioned to NRH she has a loyal customer! Where she goes I will follow for the customer service that she provides! Keep up the amazing work Mrs. Vanessa!

We've brought our 2017 Mazda CX-5 to this location for all of its service since we bought it, back when it was NTB. I've always valued that relationship, which makes this review disappointing to write. On September 29 I came in for an oil change and brake check. I was told I needed rear pads and rotors, and new wiper blades, which I had replaced three weeks earlier. The store doesn't resurface rotors, so I had them install pads only. The next day, at another Mavis owned shop, Brakes Plus, technicians found a stripped bolt on the rear caliper and a piece of the parking brake actuator that had been broken and glued back together. They advised me this came from the last brake work. This location is the only place that has ever worked on these brakes. Replacing those parts cost me over $590 more than the rotor job alone. I've contacted Mavis corporate and am waiting on their response. I'll update this review based on how they handle it.

Had issues with my old car and Vanessa was awesome. She could sense my frustration and kept me calm and assured me ‘ I got you ‘ and she did. She said they would get things right and make sure i was happy. She went over and above and that is what makes her stand out. She stands behind her work her staff and her customers. Do yourself a favor and visit her at Mavis north Richland hills !
