  My dad Charlie has been going here for years, and I’m following right behind him. The folks at cool air are 100% transparent- not over priced- and extremely fair. I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else. Thank you everyone at cool air for all that you do and continue to do❤️

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE...Dropped my car off there 3 days ago to get my air conditioner looked at. Wayne (I'm assuming the owner) calls me angry to tell me that "someone" switched the refrigerant in the car without leaving any stickers to warn that it is no longer R-12 and that he almost wasted expensive R-12. He begins to tell me angerly that if he knew who did he would call the police.. And he REFUSED to work on it and I need to come up and get it. When we came to pick up my car he continued to belittle me for what had been done to my car previously. My father who dropped me off did not like his tone and told him he needed to watch his tone and that I did not do it so I didn't know it was in there... He began to get in a screaming match with my disabled father. I am in disbelief that someone would speak to me and my father in the way he did.. There are plenty of places to take your car to get worked on and If you read this I would look somewhere else. If I could give a negative star I would.
