  They got me a ride to my son’s house while they fixed my car and a way back. I was glad not to stay there the whole time. Everything they did was explained and my questions were answered. The cost was also gone through. I felt like I got my money’s worth. This a very good place to have your vehicle worked on.

  The folks at brakes plus are kind and helpful and treat everyone with the same respect. I’m not one to look for gender inequities, usually, but have run into some blatant issues with it, lately. NOT AT THIS BRAKES PLUS!!! They have been amazing.

  Excellent place to get your brakes, auto inspections and general things that are wrong with your car. They provide extraordinary customer service and don’t lie or sugar coat things wrong with your car. I will recommend this place.

  Jonathan and Eddy were absolutely amazing! I went in for an oil change, but they were really busy that day and I didn’t have much time to wait. Jonathan was incredibly helpful and got me an appointment for the next day. When I came back, I mentioned again that I was short on time, and Jonathan told me he could get the oil change done in about 20 minutes. He really went above and beyond to help me out and respected my time. Eddy was amazing too! He was so kind and told me he had gone ahead and topped everything off for me free of charge, which I really appreciated. I’ve been to places where they try to add unnecessary charges because they assume customers don’t know much about cars, but that was absolutely not the case here. Jonathan and Eddy were honest, kind, helpful, and genuinely focused on taking care of me rather than trying to upsell or take advantage of me. It’s rare to find people who are this respectful, honest, and considerate of their customers. Amazing people and truly excellent service! I was so impressed that I already made another appointment for my husband’s car. I’m not going anywhere else from now on! Thank you, Jonathan and Eddy, for making the whole experience so easy and for valuing my time. Highly recommend them!

  Brakes Plus in NRH has an amazing staff. They greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns about the vehicle I needed serviced. After looking the car over, they gave me a very reasonable estimate and free windshield wipers for coming in. I will make this store our place to go for our car needs. Thank you James and Isaiah.
