  I’ve had a couple experiences here and both have been really solid. They did my brake job at a very fair price and the work was done right, no issues afterward and the car feels great. I also came in for an oil change on a separate visit and they were just as professional. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and everything was straightforward. Overall, they seem honest, efficient, and consistent, which is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I’ve been to Brakes Plus on 3 separate occasions now and each time has been great! I truly feel like they’re honest (not always easy to find in this industry) and want to do the best by the customer. I overheard one customer needing extensive repairs done to their vehicle, and rather than taking advantage of the situation Brakes Plus recommended they go to dealership first to see if there is a warranty for their relatively new car. I last worked with Mario, and he was very kind and kept me informed along the way. No pressure to do any extra work that wasn’t immediately needed, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location to all of our friends and family!
