  What a day it was for me! Bad into a good! Everybody was super welcoming and ready to help! David was a super star!! He is a blessing and knows exactly what above and beyond means!! Very knowledgeable and professional! Never going to any other location but this one!! Thank you for helping!! And making my day so much easier!

  Really bad service, I walked in to ask for help about my company vehicle heating up, if they could please help me to check it out if it was maybe that it was needing coolant or if maybe it was a sensor and he immediately said “no we can’t help you with that, you would have to go next door they could probably help with that” so we open the hood to see if maybe it was coolant that it needed and yes it was that, as we were trying to take the top off and he immediately came out and said I suggest you don’t do that” and I responded “I already did” now that he sees us out here (3 women’s) he decided to come out and says “we should try coolant” and I said “yes we see that now don’t worry we’re leaving you a review” he’s name is George btw.

  I cannot say enough good things about the AutoZone on Loop 820 & Rufe Snow. I stopped in because I was about to leave on a long road trip & wanted to get my battery checked. I’m a grandma & auto parts stores are not a place I feel real comfortable. The pep boys next door was not interested in helping me. My experience today surprised me and saved me from being stranded with serious problems. David, the store manager, went far above and beyond anything I expected. He discovered that my battery was on the verge of failing, and because I had originally purchased it from AutoZone, he made sure I took full advantage of the warranty. Instead of simply selling me a new battery, It’s an expensive battery. He showed me the batteries that work in my car and helped me make the best decision While he was helping me, he also noticed I had an oil leak. I had literally just had my oil changed, and I had no idea I was losing oil. That could have turned into a very serious problem in the Texas heat. Thanks to David, I was able to address the issue before it became a costly breakdown. What impressed me most was that I never once felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. David was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got my car safely to my mechanic. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like David representing the company. His professionalism , honesty, and outstanding customer service are exactly what keeps customers coming back. I sincerely hope corporate recognizes him for the exceptional job he does. Thank you, David!
