I needed a new battery after owning my car for 6 years. Juan helped me pick the right battery for my vehicle, and helped me replace the battery in the parking lot. I was expecting to watch some youtube videos and figure out how to change it myself, but Juan provided the right size wrenches, helped me loosen the bolts and J-Hook, and I was out of there in about 20 minutes total. I removed the battery and lowered the new one in myself, which was heavy, but I was able to handle it. My new battery has a 4 year warranty. Thank you!

I advised anybody to come to this AutoZone when you get here make sure that you ask for Mr. Jackson. He is so awesome. Very good customer service.

Davis Blvd NRH: The manager was very professional and resolved my issue. The one star is for Juan and his unprofessional remark to me. He told his name was John because I told him that I like doing reviews, good or bad. He need smore training on customer service and how to handle customers that have to drive across town to exchange a damaged product. He questioned me as if I didn't have a valid reason to be in the store....completely rude.

Called SEVERAL TIMES this early afternoon, got ahold of someone, was put on hold and then hung up on, proceeded to call back again several times and NO ONE answered the phone. EXTREMELY unprofessional customer service.
