- KRKat Richardson5 days ago2.0I have gone to this car was for 3 yra now . Manager is great and provides excellent service but the folks that work there are generally lazy, theres a few that have been there awhile and work hard . Barely pre rinse my car off and its rare they keep up with towles . Over time as well it seems there is always something broken in the car wash.
- JOJohn OhlsonOct 7, 20261.0Cancel my membership they kept charging my account, ended up having to pay because they say I didn't cancel the right way which the manager at the New Caney store didn't tell me. So I paid the next charge and a late fee on my credit card. This place was the worst carwash never did I have a clean wash always left spots. Never go to them 5hey are terrible. Live and learn
- ARAlejandro RodriguezSep 29, 20265.0Anthony was helpful he knows what he is doing would recommend this place.
- RRRoniSep 11, 20261.0I literally hate coming to this car wash. It is NEVER a good experience, and today was no different. The rollers were not working properly, and I could literally hear the equipment scratching the crap out of my truck as I was going through the wash. Then, because the equipment wasn’t working correctly, I had to back up in the middle of the car wash and open my window. Soap and water ended up getting inside my truck. This is absolutely ridiculous. What makes it even more frustrating is that I was told by one of the employees that they are basically never at fault for anything that happens here. So what exactly is the point of having a claim process if the customer is automatically held responsible? I should not have to worry about my vehicle being scratched or damaged because the equipment is malfunctioning. If I can literally hear your equipment scraping against my truck, that is a serious problem. The equipment needs to be properly maintained, and the company needs to take responsibility when something goes wrong instead of making the customer deal with the consequences. After this experience, I will seriously think twice before bringing my truck back here.
