  Es una porquería el manager que esta ahora 04/24/2026,no sirve pague 24 dolares por lavado y cuando pase no me puso el spray para remover los bugs, a pero a otra persona si estuvo acerca de 5 minutos sprayandole eso y cuando le pregunte por un spray bien prepotente me mando hacer linea y pagar de nuevo, por favor si alguien de corporation mira este mensaje deberían correr esta persona por racista y mal trabajador

  Signed up for an unlimited membership because the salesman said there was a promotion for the first 2 months 50% off. On the second month I was charged full price and called the customer service to get a partial refund and was told they can’t do that. Offered me a discounted rate for the next 3 months, which I declined. Really disappointed they offered a discount and backed out of it after the payment was received. Will not be returning. Side note, the car wash scratched my rims on my brand new car.

  Decided to stop by and try it out. I got a free wash because I downloaded the app. But I wouldn’t pay for the washes or membership. It doesn’t not clean the car well. I use to have richs and they were cheaper membership prices and a way better wash. My tires had no shine and were still dirty. My whole back window was still dusty. I didn’t take pics unfortunately. But I wouldn’t go again. Staff was friendly when I went and the vacuums didn’t have much suction. Really hard to reach the crevices. I was expecting better.

  My husband and I love being a member at express Zips car wash and the staff are amazing, Mr.Chatt is always on point, the place is always nicely clean and friendly. We tell everyone we know about this place. It’s the best.
