She made everything quick and easy, she had a wonderful attitude the entire time. I was in and out in about 10mins she even double checked and topped off all my fluids. THANK YOU!!

I asked for a tire rotation on my vehicle along with an oil change. The technician at the bay, Johnathan was polite and acknowledged the request but remarked to other technicians nearby that he did not ask me if I wanted a tire rotation. The other technicians, mainly Izzy sneered at my request and joked that I should take my request to discount tire. Apparently even though she was 5 feet from me she assumed I would not hear what she said. Izzy also made sure to make jokes about other customers cars, as the vehicle next to me was a small ford maverick.
