- KMKellie Mitchell4 days ago1.0To be perfectly clear IZZY was the rudest thing I have experienced there,it was close to closing I bought a battery & a oil change and I had a issue with my Apple Pay,by then she was furious moving forward got everything set out and I asked the young man for a receipt he explained the things & so IZZY took upon herself to snatch the computer around printed it out & slams it in my vehicle,so I drove off very disappointed
- BDBrian DavisOct 3, 20261.0I hate to leave bad reviews, but after bringing my wife's car for an Oil change and asking for help resetting the service due light, neither the tech or service manager could figure it out, tried for over 30 mins. Then told me to take it to dealer to reset the light, or don't worry about it. I paid 168.00 for an Oil Change and this is what I got, the tech who did oil change had trouble putting the skid plate back on, so now I am concerned my car is messed up, probably need to take it to dealer just to make sure the Oil change was done right, and nothing was damaged. I have been coming here over 5 years, but will never come back after this experience. And if my car is damaged I will seek legal assistance.

I was going to see family out of town and because of y’all I made it safely. I really appreciate when great service is provided. Will be recommending to family & friends.
