  Just got discharged from hospital after having my baby. Lugnuts were loose and decided to stop here to get the issue fixed. Jeremy and Jack were so willing to help me and my partner letting us use their own personal tools. Thank God because anything could have happened on the road. Thank you guys!

  This afternoon, I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes for an alignment and a suspension check, and I was very impressed with the service I received. They took the time to explain everything to me step by step, including what needed to be done and why. They also informed me about other issues that needed attention and guided me through the entire process. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just tell me what was wrong—they actually showed me the physical issues and explained them so I could fully understand what needed to be fixed. Their transparency, patience, and professionalism made me feel confident that my vehicle was being properly taken care of.

  First time going to Mavis and was blown away with how professional and easy going the guys were there. Jeremy went above and beyond to accommodate and his co worker (I’m so bad with names, sorry dude!!) was equally hospitable and awesome. It was done quickly and correctly, price was very reasonable for everything I had done and four new tires. I will go back for anything they can do for me and my car! Great job, guys!!!

  Back on July 30, 2026, my wife and I were traveling to TX to see family. We were towing our 37' 5th wheel on the toll road when a tire blew out outside of New Caney. It seems our trailer sat a little too long and all 4 tires had some dry rot. As we were going through town, I saw Mavis and it looked very clean and inviting. I gave them a call and spoke with Jeremy explaining the predicament we were in. He checked and said they had all 4 tires for a complete changeout and scheduled our rig for the next morning. When we arrived at 0930 the next morning, Jeremy came out and showed me where to drop the trailer. Jeremy had also talked with Marshall (the owner) about a military discount, but due to my entire circumstance, Marhsall went above and beyond and really helped us out with the pricing. Once the trailer was disconnected, the ENTIRE team from the shop came out and began working on our trailer. The had ALL 4 old tires removed, new tires rimmed and balanced, and all 5 tires (spare included) mounted with the trailer ready to go by 1030!!!!!!! Talk about AMAZING work! I have never experienced such awesome workmanship and desire to help a stranded stranger in my life. The positive attitude and genuine concern shown by Jeremy and Marshall had put Mavis at the top of the list. I've recommended them to everyone I know living in Texas. Keep up the great work guys!

  I wanna start this off by saying I don’t normally write reviews for places. I had to get my breaks checked today and I walked into this place feeling very welcomed and any questions I had were answered thoroughly, they walked me through everything that was being done to my car and kept my updated on my wait time (which only took about an hour for everything). Before they started, I asked the assistant at the front desk if they were going to lower my car any time soon because I had forgotten to grab something. He immediately asked his coworkers if I could grab it quickly and they were very sweet about it. Everybody working here was super kind and patient, and walked me through prices before and after fixing my car so there was no confusion whatsoever. I can confidently say I will be coming back for future issues I have with my car without hesitation.
