  When in for just a tire balance. And found out why they are always empty. They wanted 50 bucks per tire to balance that is unreasonably high for a simple balance job. I went to discount tire got it done for 20 bucks per tire and was balanced to perfection. I will never go into a mavis tire anywhere and I will never recommend them to anyone. I will change my fleet over to discount tire as well.

  Took my Mini Cooper in because the cover for the spare wasn't on properly. These guys put it on the lift, fixed the problem, and had me back on my way in less than 10 minutes. We use them for all our tires, on all our cars. Always great service, and always very friendly and professional

  ⸻ I recently decided to try out Mavis Tire Shop since I saw it opened not too long ago. I needed an alignment that was recommended by my dealership, so I figured I’d give this place a shot instead. The crew there is actually very friendly and professional, which I really appreciated. They made the process easy and were good about communicating during the visit. However, my main concern is with the alignment itself. After getting my truck back, it honestly felt worse than before. I called them to explain the issue, and to their credit, they told me to bring it back so they can fix it. The downside for me is that I’m a busy person, and having to return for something like this costs me time and money. I’m hoping they can correct the issue when I go back. Overall, good customer service, but the quality of the work needs improvement.

  We had a really great experience at Mavis. From the moment we pulled up, the team came outside to meet us, which made a huge difference since we had our child with us. They worked quickly to get our tire fixed and were incredibly kind and attentive the entire time. They even took the extra step to check our rim to make sure everything was safe, which we really appreciated. Once the repair was done, they bagged the tire and carried it back to our vehicle for us. The level of service and care we received made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
