  Pros: good prices, professional employees Cons: they're still a bit new and working out the kinks I suspected that my breaks, rotors, shocks/struts and a tire needed to be replaced, but wasn't entirely sure, so I had these guys check out my car to confirm. They confirmed my suspicions and only tried to upsell me on a fuel injection service, which I was wanting to get done soon anyway. Went in expecting to pay $2000 to have it all done (like the Nissan dealership would have charged me), walked out only paying $1600. They didn't get everything completely fixed the first time though; there was some rattling/squeaking coming from the back, but I took it back in and they got it fixed with no further charges, so they really do stand by their word when they say "We want to make things right". 100% would bring my car back here the next time it needs service!

  Very happy with the service and results of getting new tires. Their front end alignment machine was down for repairs but I will definitely be back to get that taken care of and I will be using mavis over discount tire in the future for all my needs

  Great costumer service and patient with answering all your questions and they are honest about the prices of the parts and labor , and everything was done stress-free and fast I would definitely recommend them to others and our family trust them as well and have used them in the past with a great experience and reasonable prices

  Came and got an inspection for brakes and rotaries. Was seen and taken care of same day. Took about half an hour for diagnosis and one hour for service. Staff walked us through the shop to show us where the problem was first. Overall, a very good and experience. Would recommend them for timely and dependable service.

  I always have a great experience here!!! About time to leave review. The customer service is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff will take time to answer any questions, explain options, and make sure you feel comfortable with the service. Everything handled efficiently, and I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone always is. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again and would happily recommend this shop to others!!!
