  I didn't have a bad experience but it wasn't one to remember. Most of the employees seemed irritated to even be there, totally understandable, there is a Denny's restaurant located inside, the night staff were absolutely nice and friendly. Limited parking for trucks over all, most spots were prime parking and only the back section was free to park and free parking was limited. It is a very safe and quiet area to park for truckers.

  Good place to park Free parking spots are there about 50% of the lot “They close their washroom on fridays” I don’t know why the cleaning crew was saying this to everyone

  How about don’t let idiots with shitty, loud music at midnight sit by the fuel island and CAT scale in their dumb suv? How about give some curtesy to the 100+ drivers trying to actually get rest to do an actual job that park at your location for some downtime and sleep?

  There was a very rude and disrespectful gentleman who told me that he was going to have my truck towed. I was parked in an area where I was not blocking traffic or interfering with anyone, yet I was the only truck asked to leave while several other trucks were allowed to remain there. I understand the importance of following the rules, but I believe truck drivers should also be given reasonable places where we can safely park and rest for a few hours. It sometimes feels like the only concern is collecting money from truck drivers, without considering that we are required to have adequate rest and parking while doing our jobs.

  This place seriously needs to rethink how it treats truck drivers. The customer service here is one of the worst I’ve experienced at a truck stop. You can stand at the register waiting to be helped while employees are busy talking to each other or taking care of their own personal business. They completely ignore you until they are finished, and then finally come over with an attitude like you are inconveniencing them by asking for service. The shower situation is just as bad. There are empty showers sitting dirty and uncleaned while drivers are standing in line waiting. This creates a completely unnecessary backup that could easily be avoided with basic organization and employees simply doing their jobs. Truck drivers stop at truck stops for a reason. We need to fuel, eat, shower, use the restroom, take a short break, and get back on the road. Our time matters. We have schedules, delivery appointments, hours-of-service limits, and a job to do. When a truck stop is poorly managed, it creates unnecessary stress and wastes valuable time. What is especially frustrating is the attitude. It feels like some employees are here just to clock in, spend their shift doing as little as possible, and collect a paycheck. There is no sense of urgency, no customer service, and apparently no understanding of who keeps this business running. Management needs to seriously consider replacing employees who are clearly not interested in doing their jobs with people who actually want to work and understand what customer service means. The current staff is damaging the reputation of this business and creating a terrible experience for the people who are actually paying customers. And let's be clear: truck drivers bring a LOT of money to truck stops. A single driver can easily spend $1,000 or more during a stop when you combine fuel, food, drinks, showers, parking, and other purchases. Drivers are not asking for special treatment — we are asking for basic respect and competent service. I don't normally leave negative reviews, and I'm not someone who complains about every little thing. But this is beyond a minor inconvenience. This is a management and customer-service problem. Treat your customers — especially the drivers who keep your business profitable — with some basic respect. We work hard for our money, and we deserve better than this.
