Well not today, not only was my greeting warm and welcoming with a smile that could melt the ice caps but she (Liz) didn’t just say it, she makes eye contact to ensure “you” know you’re welcome. Watching her it was clear she had to be the manager…so proficient and making sure staff was attending to every customers needs. What an absolute pleasure to be at this Flyin J. Everything well stocked, fresh coffee, very clean shower and good pressure too. Thank you Liz…you made my day after a flat tire to the start of my day. You made a difference.
- TTTAIJul 11, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower facilities and the lack of effort from the morning staff on Saturday, July 11. After taking a shower, I left and later returned to the exact same bathroom. The only thing that had changed was that fresh towels had been placed inside. My same dirty towel was still there, my shaved hair was still covering the shower floor, and my toothpaste was still sitting in the sink. It was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Simply replacing towels is not cleaning. Guests expect bathrooms to be sanitized between uses, especially shared facilities. Seeing my own hair, toiletries, and used towel still there made it clear that no one had even attempted to clean the space. What is equally frustrating is the attitude of the morning staff. Rather than acknowledging the issue or showing any concern, they came across as completely unapologetic. That level of laziness and disregard for basic cleanliness is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your establishment. I expect shared bathrooms to be properly cleaned and sanitized, not given the appearance of being serviced by only replacing towels. I hope management addresses this issue immediately so future guests are not subjected to the same unsanitary conditions.
