I needed 2 batteries for my Wagoneer. At fist thru told me they could not install them for me, but Henry saved the day and said it was no problem. It took less than 30 min and I was on my way. He doesn’t know how much I appreciate it!! Also the day before I went by Dorothy was so sweet and tested my batteries for me. She is the one that let me know that they install on site. I heard you need to ask for Dorothy, Henry, or Skipper when you go.

Garbage experience. Wouldnt price match 3 dollars from walmart as a seller(NOT A 3RD PARTY WALMART THE STORE I know the difference) F for horrible customer service and a waste of time.

Knowledge of staff is minimal and customer service is extremely poor. I bought an alternator which was to be delivered the next day in the morning, we called and they had no idea who we were or about the alternator. It took several minutes for them to sort it out and then had to re-order the part to be delivered later that day. We called again later that day to face the same Incompetence. Giving our name and phone number multiple times only to be told that we didn’t have an account and they had no record. I brought in the receipt and they finally figured it out. Only to have the wrong part! The manager said we ordered the wrong part. No, their sales representative ordered the wrong part. We went to an O’Reilly’s auto parts store and they hooked us up immediately with a part on hand. My recommendation is go to O’Reillys first!
