SPRINGTIME MAINTENANCE FOR SMOOTH RIDES AHEAD

Batteries

Cold weather takes its toll on batteries. Now that winter is behind us, stop by for a free battery check to make sure your car has the power for smooth operation in the springtime weather. If you need a new one, we carry batteries with proven tough coverage from Duralast, plus performance options like Optima and Odyssey and economical buys from Valucraft. We have everything you need to keep your car powered all year long.

Brakes

Springtime brings sunny days and much needed rain. Stop on a dime year round with brake system maintenance. Reliable stopping starts at AutoZone. Get Duralast brakes that meet or exceed OE, economical options from Valucraft, or performance brakes from Brembo, EBC, and more.

Motor Oil

When the temperature warms up the oil in your vehicle thins, which can strain your engine if too thin. When shopping oil for warmer months, use thicker oil. It is recommended to change your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.

Windshield Wipers

Windshield Wiper Blades should be replaced every six months to a year. A fresh set of wiper blades are important for spring months. Cool conditions can make dirt, pollen, and water more stubborn to wipe away, increasing the wear and tear on your wipers.

I have been going to AutoZone for decades. I've always went to the one in Porter but the quality of service went down drastically after renea moved to her own store and Ricky has horrible customer service skills. But I moved here bc it's in walking distance from me and the lady Ronnie at first was VERY PROFESSIONAL with me. Everyone in that store was amazing at first. But then one day I walked in and Ronnie hated my guts I don't know why I just know that I became a joke to her. She's rude she won't come to the counter to check me out, leaves me in hold. She's given me the wrong parts for the won't car then makes jokes about it to her coworkers ( let's see how that goes) lol. Which cause severe damage to my car when the parts were installed then went flying of the car bc we didn't realize the cv axle didn't snap into place. Bc it was slightly different ( which I didn't know could happen) I thought either it goes on or it doesn't. Well I learned. I went to the store manager about it all he did was tell her don't talk to me so I gave no reason to call corporate. So now I get left in hold. They will get my deliveries and lie and say they haven't gotten it. For my friends that work there to walk to the back and call me and say actually they hide it in the back. They lie and say they didn't have a part but other stores in the area will say they do have it and the app says they have it so I have to order it on the app and show up with the invoice just to get what I need. Stay away from this store. Until the store manager and Ronnie are gone honestly the store manager is a nice guy but he lets Ronnie run his store. Also I'm a commercial customer so I get told all the time that the other associates can't help me bc they aren't properly trained that I have to wait on Ronnie for get to laugh in my face and walk to the back and say I'm not helping him. So start away I'm trying to get the info I need to call above them and report then when I do I'll gladly update everyone.

had a great experience speaking with Germain from AutoZone. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me with an issue involving my tire lug nut. He listened carefully, explained my options clearly, and made sure I understood what I needed to do. His professionalism and willingness to help made the whole situation much less stressful. Excellent customer service like this is why I continue to shop at AutoZone. Thank you, Germain, for going above and beyond!
