I had a great experience with my oil change at Valvoline. Brian was especially friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back with my other cars!

Do not I repeat DO NOT bring your car here. My husband brought my car here to get its oil changed, and $400 later after they talked him into adding a air and carbon filter, and windshield wiper fluids, we left and immediately started having issues with my jeep. I started hearing rattling noises coming from the hood, so my husband took my car back to them, and they completely denied that they were the cause of the problem and said it was my tires making the noise and i should take my car into a tire shop. Well I just left the mechanic shop and THERE WERE 3 SCREWS MISSING FROM MY STRIKE-SKID PLATE…… I will never be giving this place our business! TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY NEXT TIME AND DO BETTER

This was my first visit at any Valvoline store. I previously have used other brand shops, but recently moved and was looking for a reputable spot for my oil changes and regular maintenance. I visited this location because it appeared very clean when I have driven by over the years, and seemed like a well maintained shop. When I visited today, I was greeted by Cierra, who was in training, but she did a great job while also receiving some coaching from the person training her. She was friendly and seemed proactive on the floor with other customers and checking on her co-workers, providing a hand when able. Scott assisted me with getting registered as a new customer, selecting my desired oil, and also suggesting other services on my truck based on the maintenance schedule. I added some of the services and declined others, but Scott was friendly and not at all pushy about making the up-sell. The other services were frankly not in my budgeted time or finances on this trip, but I plan to return in a few weeks to get them done. I have found my new spot for vehicle service for both myself and my wife. I will also gladly recommend this location to others.

Yesterday I went in for an oil change. When I arrived at the service bay, I mentioned that I had a coupon, but I was ignored. The first person who attended to me left, and another man came over and simply told me the cost was $175. I assumed the discount had been applied, but when I looked at the receipt, no coupon had been factored into the total. That man walked away, so I called over a young man who was passing by and asked why my coupon hadn't been applied. He asked if I had actually presented it; I told him I had, but had been ignored. He then explained that they aren't authorized to ask customers if they have a coupon to use, and that once payment is made, nothing more can be done—leaving me with nothing but questions. Why was I ignored? I hadn't been rude to anyone; I had simply asked a question.
