  Great service, knowledgeable staff. And they seemed happy to be there! Will definitely be going back to this location with all vehicles. It was nice leaving a place and thinking dang, those were some genuinely nice people, that’s hard to come by these days.

  I went to Valvoline because I'm an elderly lady who doesn't know how to put air in her tires. A very kind, respectful, and knowledge young man named Jordan aired my tires, checked my oil and topped off my windshield washer fluid off....all for free. Jordan...thank you so much for helping me and by the way, the check tire pressure light did go off as I pulled away, so you were right. Thanks again Jordan.

  The technician was friendly, but the service and pricing were not communicated clearly. I came in for an A/C recharge and was told I only needed refrigerant. I also agreed to replace my cabin air filter after being led to believe the cost would be similar to buying one myself. When I received the bill, I was charged for a full A/C service and a $59.99 air filter, neither of which was clearly disclosed beforehand. I would not have agreed to the air filter replacement had I known the actual cost.

  I always have a great experience at the Valvoline on 306. The team consistently provides excellent customer service—they’re friendly, professional, courteous, and always do their best to get me in and out in a timely manner. I also appreciate that the employees take the time to explain what they’re seeing with my vehicle and provide helpful feedback without making the experience feel pressured. The shop and team always look professional, and the service is consistently reliable. This is definitely my go-to location for oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance. Great customer service every time!

  Today, August 12, 2026, I visited the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in New Braunfels for an oil change, transmission fluid service, front differential fluid replacement, and new wiper blades on my Ram 1500. The team delivered excellent, efficient service from start to finish. A special acknowledgment goes to Assistant Manager Scott professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. His customer service and conversation made the visit stand out, and I left confident in the quality of the work performed. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast, reliable service and a team that takes pride in their work.
