  I hadn’t had an oil change in way too long and my oil had sludge in it, air and oil filters were clogged, it was bad! However these guys flushed out my oil replaced all my filters and gave me a plan of action to ensure my engine doesn't seize up! Great service and management here!

  I like going to Valvoline because they are always nice and fast. They also go into detail and explain everything to me. When I got there I was immediately pulled into an empty bay. Then, a slightly older gentleman made sure to greet me. Then I also got greeted by Javar. Jaxon and Jacob did a great job with my oil change and showed the oil when it was done. Thanks guys!

  The New Braunfels following representatives (Scott (assistant manger) , Brandon and Justin (manager)) provided awesome services. I have not gone anywhere else in over 8 years no matter which state or city I’m in and need an oil change or other services. Thank you again to the New Braunfels, TX staff and all of the other staff members in Chula Vista, CA, Biloxi, MS, Texarkana, TX and LaPlata, Maryland. I will always recommend Valvoline.

  I'm sooo HAPPY I tried this place out! The entire staff here gave me EXCELLENT service! Starting with their manager Justin who greeted me , Javar and Jordan who assisted me and all the other friendly faces that passed by my car while they did my oil change. I originally tried to go to take 5 last week cause it's closer to me and I had issues there. A friend told me about this place and I'm so glad I made the extra drive here! This is going to be my GO~TO for oil change etc! Very A~W~E~S~O~M~E!! Oh and this is the one located on, 306 by HEB and MOD pizza Mahalo~ Valerie B💞🤙

  Went to Valvoline like I always do for my car service. Had Jordan and Luis taking care of my full synthetic oil change, airing up my tires and topping off my fluids and changing my cabin air filter. Both young men were very polite and courteous, but my only complaint is that i did not fully clarify the price on the cabin air filter before agreeing to the swap. I had asked Luis how much it was gonna be, and he said, “I’m not sure but I can check for you,” then he showed me my existing cabin filter which was totally clogged and trashed, and I said, “yeah, go ahead and change it…” not knowing they would charge me $59.99 for a cabin filter i could have picked up at Walmart for $12. Again, the young men doing the work were great but they really should not be telling people to get these type of fluff services that could be done by yourself at a fraction of the costs in these tough economic times; then again, maybe that’s exactly what Valvoline expects them to do to turn a dime these days… but either way, $59.99 for a cabin air filter is insanely expensive and completely asinine to expect your customers to pay that for such a simple task; it’s literally easier than airing up tires and takes a fraction of the time in most instances, and you folks air up tires for free with any service you provide. Word to the wise and experienced Valvoline customer, do not pay for cabin filters, light bulbs, air filters, or wiper blades at these types of places… these types of businesses are becoming more and more like the Stealerships with their service pricing these days. Back in the day you used to get a lot of this type of customer service 100% free at gas stations, back when gas stations were still full service. I miss the good old days when full service gas stations still existed
