- JCJeff CainMay 28, 20261.0Get to the dealership at 3pm and leave at 3:47 without speaking to a single person. Very sad when you’re ready to buy a boat and get completely ignored the entire time you’re there. Three people in the office. One helping a potential customer and two sitting behind their desks. Both of those individuals looked right at me several times and didn’t even ask if I needed any help.
- HSHellen sanchezJun 1, 20231.0👎👎👎👎👎 BUYERS BEWARE❗️❗️❗️ -not the type to be bashing anyone but this is disappointing drove 5hrs to a boat that should of been washed, detailed and serviced…lesson learned never buy before you see

- ADAM DayMay 11, 20195.0I had GREAT SERVICE! I purchased a new Boat and was conversing with two different people on the pickup date. Well One was my Salesman James by email and the other was Teresa by phone. By mistake I Was told to be there Friday 11am by one person and 9am Saturday by the other. So in all, I showed up a whole day early. Anyway! once I got there on Friday to pickup the boat that want ready. Everyone there jumped on it and got me out the door in less than 2 hours. Mind you they were not expecting me till the next day. On top of all that I did not bring the correct wire plug adapter & my ball needed to to higher so they switched the trailers connector to match my cars. And flipped the ball on the hitch to get the clearance needed to take the boat! So I would have to say they ALL went above and beyond to take care of me. And after all that I Was so excited to put the boat in the water I forgot my paperwork and most of all to THANK THEM ALL for taking care of me. Which I will be doing tomorrow when I call to see if anyone turned in my paperwork. So I end with a THANK YOU Tracker boat team in New Braunfels!
