  Visited tint world to have dash cameras put in two of my vehicles and they did an outstanding job. Along the way I needed to have an urgent repair of my front windshield tint and they fit me in the same day on a Saturday, without any problems to remove and reinstall front window tint. They did a great great job and I appreciate their customer service and attention to detail.

  The team quickly checked my new Tesla in Tuesday morning to get scheduled tinting and PPF work done. We discussed changes i was thinking about to the extent of the PPF coverage and I made the decision go ahead with full front and rocker panel coverage. I was from out-of-town and stayed in town to wait for the car. They knew this and managed to get it done several hours early. I was on my way home before noon on Wedneday. Looks fantastic. Window tint is just what I wanted, not too dark but cuts glare and looks sharp.

  Do not go here if you expect to have your windows fully covered! Tint World failed to properly tint my rearmost back window on my Model 3 which now has visible gaps in coverage from normal sitting positions inside the car. Unfortunately redoing the tint could damage the defroster lines which they REFUSE to cover. If you fail to do a quality and proper job and have a possibility of damaging something in order to fix it, you should absolutely cover the replacement. The damage would not happen if you did the job right the first time. Tint World does not possess the ability to truly make things right (replace back glass to redo the tint job THEY messed up if they damage the defroster lines) even after acknowledging that they have had issues tinting Teslas before (which they failed to communicate prior to beginning work on my car). I had to go through customer service, who is also extremely unprofessional, in order to get just a partial refund which won’t cover the cost of new back glass if I get someone else to redo the tint in the back window. Extremely poor customer service experience at both the franchise and corporate level. Please reconsider coming here especially if you have a Tesla.
