  SCAMMERS gps said they have 100+ parking thou 60% is prime parking for which you have to pay for the night even thou we are buying $1000 fuel

  Staff friendly and courteous. Facility is well maintained and clean. But worse thing is SECURITY over there no mean respect for drivers, behave like he own the franchise. Fuelled up and parked truck at next line and no one was behind came after 6 minutes and then start yelling he gonna towed my truck trailer. Show some respect to truckers. And yes i will definitely be coming to this location because everything is perfect there except Security and i will park for another 5 minutes after fuel up so please make sure Security that you get tow my truck trailer. Overall good store respectful staff.

  **5-STAR GOOGLE MAPS REVIEW** Wow...! Amazing facility...! Amazing well organized STAFF demonstrating excellent team work and prompt and efficient customer service...!!! "Welcome" called out so that every customer and Team is notified of a new guest arrival. That greeting is the "high-bar" of customer service. Team members were responding to each "Welcome" to see if they were needed for any and every transaction... There are not enough words to describe the abundance of food options, drink options and Automotive products and equipment. These photos and videos are the details you need to make Pilot Travel Center your pit-stop... Well done Pilot Travel Center...!!!

  Title: Disrespectful staff — driving customers away and ruining business I bring thousands of gallons of business to Pilot/Flying J every single month, but the customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. On my recent visit between 9:30 PM and 9:45 PM, I stopped in briefly with my bobtail truck to take a quick shower. The large staff member working at the time didn't even bother to speak with me professionally—instead, he went straight to calling my company and threatening to call a tow truck. When I asked him why he couldn't give me just 5 to 10 minutes to finish showering, his exact response was, "If you don't have reserved parking or free parking, don't come." While I was there, I saw other drivers arguing with him over the exact same mistreatment and walking out. It seems like this employee is actively trying to destroy this location's business and shut it down by driving off paying drivers. It is unbelievable that a truck stop allows an employee to treat professional drivers who spend thousands of dollars like trash. Because of his power trip and total lack of respect, I am officially taking all of my business to Loves and other respectful truck stops. Corporate and management need to address this employee immediately before he completely ruins this location's reputation and customer base.
