  Have nothing but great things to say about the location off of highway 46 next to Taco Bell in New Braunfels. The crew are always friendly, knowledgeable and treat you with a smile. On this specific review I would like to highlight a few individuals that always go above and beyond what is expected. Eric, Shane, Josh and Emil all have been extremely helpful this past month with helping me with all of my vehicles. Thanks Team!! Chris

  Eric and his crew did a great job for us on our A/C repairs. They always answered the phone when I called (which set them apart from most other A/C repair stations in the area), were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!

  Rolled in this morning for an oil change on my GMC Diesel and was blown away by the service. Randall was an absolute rockstar,super sharp, incredibly thorough, and had everything running like a well-oiled machine (literally). He didn’t cut a single corner, walked through what he checked, and had me back on the road in no time. You rarely see this level of attention to detail and genuine customer care anymore. Huge shoutout to Randall at the Hwy 46 shop, I won't be taking my truck anywhere else!

  Randall was amazing! He was honest, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. The oil change was quick, and he took the time to check my air filters and walk me through the recommended services for my older car. I really appreciated that he was honest and informative without being pushy. Great experience and great customer service!

  I had an issue on Sunday morning with my break lights not cutting off when the vehicle was turned off so I headed over to Express Oil Change. At first it looked like my vehicle would have to stay over night and have a more in depth look during the week. That was until Eric said the issue is common and usually an easy fix and sure enough within 30 minutes he had fixed the issue and had me on my way. It was incredibly helpful to start my work week with my car not being in the shop overnight thanks to Eric's expert knowledge and willingness to help me out as a customer by getting to the bottom of the situation and resolving it quickly. It certainly made my Sunday that much better. Thank you again Eric and the rest of the team for the awesome service.
