  Horrible customer service one guy hung up the phone on me after I was trying to clarify some information. Was very rude and disrespectful. He stated he was the only one in charge and said I could not return the rental car to any other enterprise facility. Had to drive all the way from the far west side of San Antonio to all the way over here to return the vehicle.

  I have used this location to rent cars when visiting the area multiple times, and have always been happy with the efficiency of the staff, the quality of the cars, and have always experienced an overall positive experience.

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a rental car company. Josh told me that he would have a car available for me before the end of the day, so I waited all day expecting to hear from him. Unfortunately, he never called to let me know that they were not going to have a car available after all. When I finally called to get an update, the employee I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. To make matters worse, she actually hung up on me while I was trying to get information about my rental. I completely understand that sometimes vehicles may not be available, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. If Josh had simply called me and let me know that they were unable to provide a vehicle, I would not have wasted my entire day waiting. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had with Enterprise. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and with the way I was treated when I called for an update.

  Have been here 5 times so far, and have never once received a car in the same class I was renting. This time not only did they not have the Hybrid I reserved, they charged me $100 more than I originally reserved for and gave me a lower class vehicle than I requested, after calling me specifically saying they would be able to discount my rate for the inconvenience.

  I normally use the Enterprise location in Seguin, but after my experience at the New Braunfels location, I definitely wanted to take a moment to recognize their excellent customer service. The location was clearly understaffed when I visited, but Will went above and beyond for every customer who walked through the door. Despite having a lot on his plate, he remained professional, patient, and welcoming. He was helping customers in person, answering calls, and even directing staff in a kind and respectful manner to keep everything moving as smoothly as possible. What really stood out to me was how committed Will was to making sure each customer was satisfied—not just with the service they received, but also with the vehicle they were leaving in. He took the time to make sure customers felt taken care of and were happy with their rental. Even with the staffing challenges, this location handled business extremely well, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything was managed. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Will is a great example of that. Enterprise New Braunfels has someone who truly understands how to take care of customers and represent the company well. I would definitely recommend this location and want to give a special shoutout to Will for going above and beyond!
