- GMGreg MillerMay 11, 20263.0Manager definitely liked his repeat customers, but if your not a common repeat renter, you take second seat. Very obvious "members only" vibe at this location. If you rent frequently probably get better service. A bit off putting. Very much still on the good Ole boy system. Better customer service training recommended for sure. Way understaffed especially in the 1st two hours of being open Positive. Did pay Uber to take me home as there were not enough employees on duty. 3/5 stars
- JBJr BrownMay 5, 20261.0This is the slowest car rental I have even been to. I go here regularly and it’s typically an hour wait time to get your keys even when you have it reserved a day in advance. Be prepared to wait up to 2 hours to get your vehicle.

My previous job had me locked in to renting from Avis only and with a recent job change I was finally free to choose Enterprise again and wow. I don't think I could've been more frustrated. First and last Enterprise rental from me barring an extreme situation.

She was also very welcoming when checking in to get my vehicle. Dillion also was very helpful and professional when going over my vehicle and offering options. Will be renting from here again in the future. Thanks again

I gave 4 stars bc this location won't come to pick you up (although they did drop me off when I returned my rental) and they weren't always answering phones. The link they send you to "communicate with our team" was NEVER responded to in the 6 days I had my rental. I think that's a call center thing but I have up after a few days and just started calling the store.
