  The website and reservation system is user friendly and easy! Every employee I have encountered has been helpful and efficient. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. David (at the I35 location in New Braunfels Tx) is amazing and goes above and beyond! He can multitask and assists his customers very quickly but thoughtfully and thoroughly! I can’t say enough good things about him. Kudos to David and to Enterprise. I will always use Enterprise!

  I have been using this location in New Braunfels for a while and every staff member is outstanding! David, Kellon, Max and Rylie were so respectful and kind every time I came in. They worked hard to help me get me the right vehicle. Thank you for the great customer service!

  Had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Rental. Molly was exceptionally friendly, professional & very knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and comfortable (enough). Let face it, it’s not your car seat. So much better than the other brand name I’ve used in the past. The price was very competitive- better than a less quality vehicle. Thank you for the easy and quick pick up and return.

  I have continued to use this company because I have no other choice. I despise everything about them. Worst costumer service ever. I would rather have teeth pulled. No one answers the phones and ive watched them ignore the phone until its my turn to check out, after being ignored for hours. Or the worst...3 people all sp3aking on the phone, lobby full of people they havent even said hello to. I feel like management needs some serious training on edicate and how to help the people that are in the office. Put some time into your employee training. This place sucks on all occasions. I have to give a 1 star or I would not have even done that. The number of stories I have to complain about anything and everything is a dam shame. Sad thing is, NOTHING will be done about it! They will continue to have their pathetic excuse for a business and I'll continue to leave these reviews hoping that someday, someone sees this and wonders why and that they can do to help make things better.

  I called the New Braunfels store the day after I picked up my rental car and spoke with the Manager. I shared with him my concerns about the vehicle as the radiator light was on, the vehicle was so loud I could not hear the radio or my phone went I put my ear buds in and the front end shook when I was on the freeway. He said he did not have any cars that day but wrote down my name and number and would for sure have a car the next day. I did not hear from him so followed up with him the second day and said he did not forget about me and he still had my name and number next to his computer and as soon has he had another car for me he would call. I never received that call. I had to use my son's car when I could because I did not feel safe in my rental.
