  Even though this Enterprise is further away from my house, I enjoy the customer service that I receive. Staff is patient and take the time to share all of the features on the car to me w/o hesitation.

  I absolutely love coming to Josh and Alex, Josh has helped me both times when I needed a rental and both times were so quick and easy and on busy days! I’d definitely recommend anyone and everyone to them and I’ll be returning too. Thank y’all for such amazing customer service!!!

  So.... this was an unplanned emergency rental due to my personal vehicles mechanical failure. They were able to get me out the door in less than 30 minutes with the car I selected - a Hyundai Kona. And that's where I went wrong 🙄. The Kona had more technology than this old man can handle. It was like having a backseat driver in the dashboard. If you value your life, DO NOT rent the Hyundai Kona! The vehicle itself is really nice, except technology overrides every input you give it. The car even tells you to pull over and take a break every 10 minutes and gives you a flashing coffee cup and chimes on the dash! Merging onto the Interstate with the Kona is tantamount to jumping out of an airplane with no parachute. The vehicle is so underpowered that you only hope that you survive the merge or yield while the car winds up its rubber bands for about 5 minutes to get to 60 mph. I assure you, you'll be sweating bullets with this car. This rental was out of New Braunfels. It rained 5 of the 7 days I had the vehicle. The windshield wipers worked well, the only thing was that the wiper motor under the hood had an awful metal scraping noise the whole time they were on. Similar to running the wiper arms across the window without wiper blades attached. Anyway..... the folks at Enterprise were really great! I told them about my tribulations with the Kona and they took about $75 off the rental and apologized for the inconveniences. Enterprise - 2 👍's up Hyundai - 🫣🫣🫣👎👎👎not a fan. Make sure your wipers work before you pull out of the lot! Happy trails 👣

  I needed a car while my son's was in the repair shop. The location at 4831 S IH35 in New Braunfels was very helpful, including staying a little past closing when I got there late. They were friendly and knowledgable. I had to extend the rental and they worked with me to make that easy.

  They're running a scam with the $300 deposits. I was charged a $250 smoking fee when I returned the car but I have never smoked and I was the only person who was ever in the car while I had it rented. The employee accused me of smoking and that there was "ash" in the car which was lint from clothes and whatever was on my shoes rubbing off onto the floor. He reduced the cleaning fee to $150 but for what? The "ash and smoke smell"? Checking out the car was fine, the other man was very professional, and the car itself was great other than not having any windshield wiper fluid in it.
