I rent about 200 rental days per year with national. This was my last experience with enterprise. I made my reservation 2 weeks prior to pickup. I arrived and they had no cars. After about 2 hours I was given a small standard Nissan car which was barely acceptable but I had no choice. Good luck national I will never return as a customer.

I rented a vehicle on holiday weekend Friday. I was provided a minivan as that was all they had. I was charged the same as compact I requested. all was good until next day vehicle was dead in my garage. It had engine fault and would not start I called Enterprise they quickly sent a tow truck. After towing the vehicle, I was provided an Uber to the airport in San Antonio 50 miles away. In a smooth transition I was provided a new minivan and was on my way. I returned the vehicle at my local Enterprise on I35 on Wednesday. David provided me a ride to where my truck had been repaired.

Not really impressed by this location the manager asked me to start renting from this location not the one on 46. The rental through him was great. This morning I got there with my reservation and I was told there wasn’t any vehicles and I asked if they could call the other locations to see where I should go, and they said “you calling them is no different than us calling” totally unwilling to help and were willing to let me just walk. The location in Shertz took good care of me and I will probably return to that location my next rental

The website and reservation system is user friendly and easy! Every employee I have encountered has been helpful and efficient. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. David (at the I35 location in New Braunfels Tx) is amazing and goes above and beyond! He can multitask and assists his customers very quickly but thoughtfully and thoroughly! I can’t say enough good things about him. Kudos to David and to Enterprise. I will always use Enterprise!
