  We rented a van from Enterprise for a recent trip, and the vehicle was perfect for our needs. While we did run into a few issues along the way, the Enterprise team was quick to help, had solutions ready, and made everything right without any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure our trip stayed on track. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to taking care of their customers. I would definitely rent from them again.

  The employees at this location were professional and doing their best, but the location is clearly understaffed. Despite having a reservation, it took over an hour to pick up my vehicle and over an hour to return it. I was also unable to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts. This isn’t a staff problem—it’s a management problem. A company this size should provide adequate staffing for the volume of customers they serve. Unfortunately, the long wait times and lack of support mean I won’t be renting from this location again

  Made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes late — the employee laughed and said “one man show “ — 7 people ahead of me — so why make an appointment? Poor business model, for sure

  We always rent from enterprise. They are the best . Their agents are always helpful, patient , knowlegeable & superior at multi tasking

  The entire team at the Enterprise on I-35 in New Braunfels is excellent, polite, professional, and invested in giving top-notch customer service. They care when things outside of their control, like available vehicles, affect their customers. I have worked in customer service most of my adult life, and I know it takes a good manager, team buy-in, and an excellent work ethic from the entire staff in order for a team to work so flawlessly, as this team does. I rent once or twice a month for work trips and road trips and I have always had a wonderful experience. It is usually busy but everyone is calm and knows what to do. It is rare you find excellent customer service anywhere anymore. They just don't make people like they used to. :) I went once to the other Enterprise in town to rent a car but I keep coming back to this location because the team is so good. Josh, Max, Alex, Keelan (spelling?) are like the guys on Cheers. They know my name and they take good care of me when I rent for work or road trips. These guys are a well-oiled machine that works well together.
