  Very helpful. They came out 2 minutes after I pulled up, and fixed the problem. I'm very grateful. I highly recommend them.

  TERRIBLE. No warranty on their hidden bad condition trailers! Part fell off as we drove off lot. Called & they said too bad your off the lot. NEVER Buy here.

  PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT of my Personal Experience. (HEED the WARNING!) of GARBAGE SALES and SERVICE with the exception of Daniel the Service Advisor, who actually takes pride in his JOB and his quality of WORK! Purchased this Keystone RV in the pics/video displayed. Lots of errors on the purchase order sales receipt that had to be corrected in the numbers (they attempted to OVERCHARGE me). I Noted the RV was Not as the display on the showroom floor. Yet I Agreed to purchase it anyway. Upon pick up, The so called tech giving the instructions on how to use the RV, stated they stole his lighter and he could not demonstrate the stove. However, he instructed on how to do it. Upon completion of the tour, We hooked up our RV, drove home, and awaited the license plates, which too came with over a 1 1/2 month delay. Had to call Comal County myself and find, Mrs. Monset, with Camping World never did her job. The plates were then issued immediately. The day finally came that we loaded up the RV and left for our adventure. Come to find the heater, shower and stove burner did not function accordingly. Took the RV for service at Camping World in Idaho, on Pancheria Dr, where Meghan and the service was immediate and excellent. They noted we purchased the RV w/a defective Propane tank and replaced it. The shower and heater were fixed. However, failure on my part to have mentioned the stove would turn off. I Came home, took the RV to Camping World here in New Braunfels for repairs under the 3 month warranty for the Stove that does not stay on, the bottom bunk that is Not secure, and a separation of a shelf above the bed. I have received NOTHING but procrastination, Excuses, and misinformation within several departments to include: Receptionist, Terry (who accidentally drops calls and makes excuses, takes number and no one ever returns the calls); Lead Service Advisor, Mr. Ray Booker (who doesn’t verify service or reports yet makes all the excuses for the employees) ; Sales Mgr. Jimmy Spurlock (who rudely assures he will resolve any issues and does NOT) and lastly the Warranty Administrator Tory Salinas (who does NOT do her job and does Not return phone calls left on her voicemail because she never answers her phone calls). These individuals have mislead me to believe they are waiting on Keystone for approvals. I conferenced a call to Keystone myself along with Mr. Ray Booker for clarification, come to find Camping World is misleading customers, NOT doing their Job, and making excuses to procrastinate work. Lastly, Mr. Daniel is the original Service Advisor who received my RV upon arrival for service. After approximately a week or two, Daniel advised me that the technician did Not find anything wrong w/the burner or the bunk. Upon further inspection by Daniel, (the Service Advisor), Daniel personally repaired the unsecured bunk and discovered the burner was not functioning correctly, just as I had mentioned. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this CAMPING WORLD RV location for Purchase, Service or otherwise. I would hate for anyone else to see for themself and regret it. I will NOTE: when I dropped off the RV another customer shared with me that he was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this Location. He had been there the day before and picked up his unit for the repair of a generator problem. He had to return because it was NOT repaired as they had said.
