  The finance team is a joke. Everytime I spoke with Ron, he cut me off or would rush me for answers. I had to call 10 times to get them to actually take my money and follow through on what they said they would do. I told them multiple times they had the wrong email for me. They insisted they would fix it once they're system was back up after we waited 3 hours for them to print the contract. I just had to call the loan company for access to my account with them because Ron never fixed it. If I hadn't called, nothing would ever get done with camping world finance and I would have gotten late fees. Ron bites off more than he can chew and makes promises with no follow through.

  I brought my Rv in to have camping world to sale on consignment on the morning g of May 8, 2026. When I arrived I met with Gerard Hannon who greeted me in the service lane behind the main building where cameras saw that I was in the RV and started the generator, turned on all lights and opened all 3 slides. Gerard did a cursory review and then was with me when I closed all 3 slides and turned off the generator. Then I handed everything over to Gerard and he said we could leave to get lunch and he would call me to finish paperwork. I then received a call from Gerard at 11:26am that his mechanics could not get the RV to come on and that they cannot turn on any lights or open the slides. I returned and was told that there was some electrical issue that required repair. Immediately JT Turner stated “we didn’t touch it” and denied any responsibility whatsoever. Gerard was with us and confirmed that when I LEFT THE RV in the hands of Camping World, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. I asked JT to troubleshoot and fix since this occurred while in the care of Camping World and JT stated he would not do anything with the RV and that it is my problem and to seek warranty repair. This extremely ridiculous lack of integrity and accountability on the part of Camping World is embarrassingly remarkable. I truly cannot believe that the utter denial from JT Turner and the absolute refusal to provide an inch of competent customer service and blatant shifting all responsibility to a potential customer is condoned by Camping World and their brandishing of being “America’s RV Dealer” You have now caused me to pay to have my RV taken for electrical troubleshooting and repair, even if it is not covered by warranty which is unexpected cost on my behalf all because of a lack of integrity and accountability by Camping World. Thank You Camping world for this immeasurably dissatisfying experience and for taking more money out of my pocket.

  The staff goes above and beyond to help you. From the moment I walked in the door I was given a warm greeting. They knew my name and why I was there. Went through the process with me with energy and tons of knowledge. My sales rep. Donovan was extremely helpful. He took me around the entire lot and showed me many different models to choose from. He explained all of the features on every unit I looked at and was well versed on how they worked. Every person I encountered there was so helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to visit them again.

  Don't bother ever going here. This dealership is slimy. The sales people will sell you a piece of trash, lemon RV that they know is garbage and will sell it to you like it's a prize. I purchased an RV here from them back in December. An RV that they told me was over a $50,000 RV. However, they were going to be letting it go for around 32 Grand because they have had it on the lot for so long and they needed to get rid of it. They didn't tell me there were any issues with it. After getting it home and plugging the water hose in immediately the toilet started leaking. A water puddle ran all along the inside of the RV. I managed to fix that myself of course because there's no point in calling them for something so trivial. Then I also noticed how the sliding door that I have is falling off of the hinges in my bathroom. The bathroom door falls off all the time because nothing was installed properly. Then I get a call from my wife while I'm at work telling me that the sink is leaking and when I get home to inspect it. Not only is the sink leaking. However, the sink itself is falling in because it was not installed correctly and it was held on by a couple of tiny screws and then toeniled in there with very little amount of caulking put in place and now to bake the cake. My roof is leaking not even 5 months later and the roof on my RV is leaking so I called them and they had told me that in the past if I have any issues that it would be under warranty and they would be able to send somebody out to fix it if it were an issue. However, because this is a roof apparently they have to bring it in. That is my home. That is what I live in. I cannot bring my home in to get you guys to fix it. This is something that shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. I have had nothing but problems with this RV that I purchased from them and I think that they knew that it was a piece of garbage and that's why they sold it to me for so cheap and they tried telling me that I was getting such a good deal on it when I was not getting a good deal. I was getting screwed over and now I'm stuck in a $420 payment a month for something that I don't even know if it's going to last for the entirety of how long I will have to pay it off. Also my front door no longer locks, the lock broke and when it gets hotter than 85 which in Texas is half of the year, my foot gets stuck and doesn't want to open. Overall my experience with this place was horrible. I thought that I was getting a good deal but I was getting swindled, do not go to this place. The sales people will swindle you and you will not be able to get your RV fixed. I've looked at some of the other reviews on here. Seems to me like I'm not the only person with this issue.   My husband and I lost our small 22 foot RV to a fire.Wanting to replace it, we went to another dealership and had a very bad experience, I was a discouraged We stopped by Camping World, Chris was our sales agent. He was a great guy, he sat with us talked with us. He wanted to completely understand what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. He then took us out onto the lot and showed us several options. We ended up seeing a brand new 22 foot Keystone Coleman RV, we fell in love! At this point, we definitely wanted to make a deal, Chris helped us make a wonderful deal on this trailer! While we were waiting for the deal to be made, we went into the store. The store is huge!!! It has everything and anything you would ever want for an RV We did a lot of shopping. We had a basket full of items when we went to check out, the ladies asked if we were purchasing an RV and we said yes. She wanted us to get our membership discount so they held our basket until we return the next day. It was very sweet! We came back the next day to sign paperwork; We met with Jerry. We enjoyed the experience we enjoyed talking with Ron about him and his family’s trips. It was a really nice experience. We were able to get air vents installed on our RV while we were there. In the end, Camping World helped us in a way that my husband and I never expected! It really showed the type of people they are and how much they care about their customers! If you are in the market to purchase an RV, this is the place you want to go!!! Their price was awesome, There’s no hassle. They are very knowledgeable. And it was overall a great experience!!!!!
