- DWDoug WisemanAug 6, 20252.0Independent Pilot dealer... If you're going to use the name to get market share, be a "real" Pilot. Other locations have the majority of parking free with some reserved / paid. Charging for every last spot doesn't sit well with any of your prime customers. Can't do anything on the Pilot / Flying J app at this location. Not fuel or shower. You'll catch a few first time customers who happen by, but the majority won't return. Not the way to build a business to last. Slight edit: Added a star because the store is nice. I won't spend a dime because of the aforementioned. I try to spend my money with mom & pop businesses, but piss this trucker off and you won't see me again. That's pretty much how my peers are, too. Do better, New Boston.
