  These people are very rude, if your car is in another lot, buy it there. EDIT: after the lazy reply below from the owner to save face, whoever their service representative was greeted me with the usual dismissive and rude response. this time she didnt lie about anything, so progress :). After returning 4 or so times, this poor behavior has shown as a repeated pattern, i say again if your car is in another lot, get it there, having to deal with them after purchasing your vehicle is a nightmare.

  Jordan & Eugene hit a home run for me and my family. I searched all over SOUTHEAST TEXAS for the best vehicle, best deal & a team that wanted to help. Walked out with a new car, low miles, 3rd row & low note. This team is amazing!!!!

  We’ve bought many cars across my family and this was the best experience yet! Everyone is very friendly and the process was very easy. Mike was very knowledgeable about Subarus. The entire team - leadership, finance, service, and sales - are amazing. I will be a lifer with JK Subaru!
