Very nice and friendly when you walk in the door, they were pretty fast with my oil change and tire rotation.

It is extremely expensive for what they offer; they charged me almost $500 for an oil and filter change without giving me any explanation as to why. I do not recommend it at all and will never go back there. I got no answer regarding the cost; if anyone asks me about this place, I’d say look elsewhere, because they’ll just take your moneythats a real scsm,As far as I'm concerned, they fall short of earning any stars

If you want to get ripped off this is the place. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014. I came in today 8/19/2026 to get an oil change and fuel filter. Just to get charged $395!!! If it wasn’t for my husband who came with me, I would’ve lost my shit! Ridiculous how money hungry these people are.

JK Chevrolet sent me a link to leave a review, so here it is. If you're looking for an unforgettable customer service experience, JK Chevrolet absolutely delivers... just probably not in the way you're hoping. My experience began when metal was discovered during an oil change on my nearly brand-new Chevrolet. I was immediately told not to drive it, which naturally made me concerned about the safety of a vehicle that my family depends on every day. What followed was a 41-day ordeal. Although the dealership did not have possession of my vehicle for all 41 days, I was dealing with this issue the entire time. After being told not to drive it, I was scheduled nearly two weeks out before they would even take possession of the vehicle. If the concern was serious enough that I shouldn't be driving it, I couldn't understand why it wasn't serious enough to be looked at sooner. Once the vehicle was finally at the dealership, communication became the next challenge. Told one thing in person, something different over the phone, and later discovered that information being shared with GM didn't always match what I had been told directly. At times, it felt like I was piecing together my own service history instead of receiving straightforward updates. Throughout this entire process, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. As a parent of three children, I simply wanted confidence that my vehicle was safe and some assurance that if this issue resurfaced in the future, I wouldn't be left paying for it. Instead, I received vague answers, contradictory explanations, and repeated reminders that no one was willing to put anything in writing. Nothing inspires confidence quite like being told your vehicle is "fine" while simultaneously being told no one is willing to guarantee that it's actually fine. The most confusing part? The concern started because metal was found during an oil change. The vehicle had fresh oil and a new filter when the car was towed in, yet after 41 days of waiting, phone calls, approvals, and uncertainty, I ultimately left with another oil change and was told everything was okay. As a customer, it's hard not to wonder what changed. Ironically, I probably spent more time communicating with GM Customer Care than I did receiving proactive updates from the dealership actually working on my vehicle. I genuinely wanted this experience to end positively. I was patient. I approved additional diagnostics. I asked questions. I documented everything. I gave JK Chevrolet every opportunity to earn back my confidence. Unfortunately, they never did. One unexpected thing about spending 41 days dealing with this situation was how many conversations it started. Friends, coworkers, family members, and even complete strangers asked why I was without my vehicle for so long. Every time I explained what had happened, someone seemed to have their own story about JK Chevrolet. I can't personally verify anyone else's experience, but I can honestly say I didn't hear a single story that made me think, "Maybe I just got unlucky." I'll continue driving a Chevrolet, but I won't be returning to JK Chevrolet. Customer service isn't just about fixing a vehicle, it's about earning the trust of the person who owns it. That trust was lost. Do with that information what you will.
