- MGMark GarzaAug 28, 20261.0The only person I will give props to was the manager, he was the only one willing to help resolve an issue while the other employees didn't even attempt to help and just turned me away immediately without trying to come up with another solution. Unfortunately I never got the managers name but he was very respectful and helpful. Unfortunately my issue wasn't resolved but the manager tried and I respect him for that.

Enjoyed driving the rental, drove great and had no issues. Will definitely use Enterprise again should the need arise.

- JCJ CJul 27, 20261.0I tried this location twice. First rental I showed up and key fob didn’t work. They got key fob working and then car wouldn’t start. Instead of giving me a new car they took the assigned car to the shop in back. 45 minutes later they switched cars. The car they gave me didn’t have cruise control. 2nd rental I showed up and the car wasn’t ready. I waited for 45 minutes again while they got the car ready. As you can see from the photo after waiting 45 minutes the car was pretty dirty. After giving them 2 chances I decided to take my business elsewhere. They seem to have no problem with me waiting around while they have no sense of urgency giving me a car at the time I reserved.
