  Terrible customer service. Took my X350 lawn tractor there on June 25 for repairs. Was told it would take a week to get to it and they would call with an estimate. One day shy of two weeks on July 8, I call to check on status since I had never heard anything. Person at service desk checks and says "he" whoever that is was going to look at the mower the next day and they would give me an estimate. Never heard anything the next day (July 9). I call the next day (July 10) and person at the service desk tells me "he" is going to look at the tractor that morning and they will get me an estimate that day. Never heard a word. I'll be picking the mower up in the morning and taking it elsewhere. I bought the tractor at the dealership under the assumption I would be able to get service there when needed. Bad assumption on my part. Will not waste my time or money here again.

  My salesperson, Mark Schroeder, was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to work the best deal on my new 3039R and then delivered it personally. Buying a tractor here was an absolute no-hassle experience. I’d definitely recommend United Ag and Turf!
