  I appreciate the effort Brian and the entire service department gives. They have totally streamlined our maintenance efforts here commercially and are always available to answer any questions we have with our personal equipment as well. I highly recommend him and his team and just recently re-fleeted there specifically to maintain our warranty and service with them!

  I was totally pleased with my experience when I went to buy a tractor. I had not owned a John Deere tractor for many years and had lots of questions. Colten answered patiently, respectfully and completely . I am now the owner of a new John Deere tractor.

  Found a used John Deere side-by-side online and called. Worked the deal for 3 days and took the 120mi. Drive to put my eyes on the unit and test drive. Walked in, was greeted by no one. Had to find my way to the service desk. Told them my name and the salesman I was working with. They looked at me like I was speaking another language. Finally someone looked up the salesmans's name and stated "Oh, that's one of those national salesman". They proceeded to point me to an office in the corner with a local salesman, no introduction, who was on the phone. After finally acknowledging me and having to explain everything all over again he reluctantly walked me out to the unit. I told him I was was there to look it over and test drive it. Again. Blank stare, and then he asks if I wanted the key!!?? What!? So, I told him I would take some time, test hi/low 2WD and 4WD. After about 20 minutes the general manager came out with an attitude and told me I can't do that and needed to stop. No hot-doggimg by me and no disrespect from me, but to test the 4WD requires tight circles and a bit of umph to make sure it operates correctly. Afterward, because they had done a significant amount of work on the machine, I asked to talk with the technician who performed the work. I was rudely told that they in no way would allow me to do that and that I could speak to the service manager. Weird, but okay. They didn't bring him out or Introduce me. Had to call the natinal salesman on the phone, who then called the dealership to let him know I needed to talk with him. I was the pointed to his office, no introduction, and he was on the phone. After he was done, while asking him questions, he seemed preoccupied and as if he didn't have the time. (Although, he was more helpful than anyone else). Long story long, Eric, the national salesman, was very helpful and responsive. If it weren't for him I would've walked out there without a word. This was my first purchase and experience with John Deere. Needless to say ... not impressed! Might be my last, and I for damn sure won't give this location or any of it's other sister locations the time a day. Good job John Deere Navasota!
