  Do not use this location unless you have several hours to spare. I went in to pickup a rental first thing when they opened and it took over 45min to get a pre booked rental. What’s worse is the car they gave me was dirty, unwashed, and stunk. They made me late for work despite making them aware of the time constraint. Fast forward a week I’m now once again running late and have taken almost another hour to get a new rental because they didn’t close out my previous rental. The reason I’m given is because I had a bad experience they wanted to talk to me before closing the rental out. They made a bad situation worse by not only the first experience but now wasting more of my time because they wanted me to call them. They get two stars because they swapped the first rental out at my office. Again, unless you have hours to burn find another location…or company.

  Been there twice and have had great experiences both times. Reserved online both times and had a seamless pick up and drop off. Joseph helped me this last time and was amazing from pick up to drop off. Thankful that this location has a good team. Are they perfect? No, so don’t expect perfection, but do expect great service and communication.

  This place has great service. I booked a car at 2pm and it was 15 minutes late, but they made it right away without saying anything.

  I’ve rented cars here a few times and always had a good experience. The guys that work here are great!
