Roe on the other hand need to work on her customer service skills. Not very customer service friendly at all. Lol

You have a lobby full of irritated customers waiting for cars and returns yet employee is making calls to customers confirming their reservation over the phone. Why are you calling customers not at the store when you have a lobby full of customers needing assistance??? Makes no sense. Literally 0 sense of urgency and customer service. I really dont understand. Thats my only issue witb this place. Lack of urgency and customer service. They fix this issue I may fix my review but this has happened way to may times and they still havent figured it out....stop answering the phones and doing call center customer service work when you have a lobby full of customers in your face needing assistance. Work smarter not harder man. Goal should be to keep the lobby clear. It shouldnt take 30 mins to a hour to pick up or drop off a car thats ridiculous. Its almost like they do this stuff on purpose which is weird because me personally wouldnt want a irritated customer in my face all day.

I had to wait for awhile and that is because they had 2 detailers off this week so it put an incredible amount of pressure on the team in having to do the detailing jobs also but they were handling things.
