    We waited 45 minutes for a car that was supposed to be ready an hour before we showed up. W I understand up leaving without a rental because they were taking too long.

    I will never use Enterprise for any rental service. I was hit by another driver and had to get a rental. Instead of this being an easy process, it has been a headache from the get go. I can't even get a bill to give to Allstate so I am not out of pocket hundreds of dollars until I get reimbursed. If you are like me, that's a problem. Not exactly swimming in additional funds. They told me there is no way that they can give me a bill with what they will be charging me even though they know the dates I have the car an when I will be returning it. I find that very hard to believe. What ever happened to guest service, what ever happened to taking care of your customers. It has been an abysmal experience. If you can generate a contract for a guest, you can generate a bill. I've been told no at every turn without anyone willing to even try to help. The lady on the phone acted like she could care less. I would like to see someone take hundreds of dollars out of her bank account and see how she feels then. I'd say "Do better" but I won't hold my breath.

    Today my 23 yr old son went to rent a car but because his drivers license is 4 yrs old they didn’t rent him a car. However, his DL doesn’t expire till 2029. Erika was very rude!!! Her customer service sucks! She was acting racist!!! We will Never go to this rental ever again!!!

    Very good service and my extra equipment needed rental was ready when I picked it up. No excuses. The missing star is due to the lacking horsepower in my rental. Other than that, very pleased.

    I was recently seen here to get a rental car for about two weeks. However, the beginning when I went to get the car I was taken care very well by a gentlemen I can’t recall his name but it was on March 30th around 3:30pm. When I went to drop it off on April 10th 4pm I interacted with this lady who was abruptly rude from beginning to end. I get out the car and she checks everything and tells me I didn’t put full gas and I said yes I know I’m waiting on my husband. She said ok but you already brought it in and it’s halfway (average range was around 250) we will charge that from deposit. I told her ok just wait. All I said was ok and that’s what she heard and proceeded to give me a refund of $6.88. Despite I told her i was waiting on my husband she said I said “OK” so she went ahead with it. However, I leave and after coming home and realized I left my garage door opener. I came back this morning April 11th at 8:20am. She was there and I asked her if I could grab my item. She straight up said to my face the car is GONE and she checked nothing was in it. I tell her again I saw the car outside. She straight up stares at my face with attitude for 10 seconds. And goes out the door and unlocks the car and says that’s the only car she has left and there’s nothing in it. And guess what I walk up that’s the same car I drove and my garage opener was still on the visor…I’m not sure what her problem was but I could sense that she was racial profiling me. Unfortunately I couldn’t get her name. She was an African American lady with oval shaped glasses and pony tailed braid. I would post a pic of her but didn’t feel that would be the right thing to do. So please take my review to action and speak with this lady. Whatever her personal issue is she needs to get her stuff together and be polite with customers. I’ve given detailed info on time and date so you can identify this individual. Thank you.
