  Erica and Xander were awesome. When I picked up my rental, Erica asked if I mind waiting a few minutes for them to clean it up - I truly appreciate that kind of Customer Service. The return was just as smooth. This will be my rental place going forward!! Thanks Again!!!

  We were able to rent a large vehicle for our trip that took 6 hours.The car was clean and very comfortable and drove extremely well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be using Enterprise again in the future.

  45 minutes before my reservation I received a phone call stating that the original enterprise location didn’t have the vehicle needed to fulfill my reservation. They recommended I go to the NRH location instead. When I arrived, there were no parking spots available except 1 stall that would have caused me to do a sharp U-turn. Pulling it, it was impossible. I saw a few spots towards the back right of the parking lot and a lady came out of the side door or the office and stated “you can’t park back here, this is not for customers, this area is for maintenance” I responded with, “I didn’t see a parking spot back there.” She replies with “you drove right past one.” This caused me to have to back up and look. When I saw the spot I kept backing up. Doing this is very unsafe if someone else was to try to pull into the enterprise parking lot. When my family and I walked into the office I heard her mention “of course she had to bring them all in.” She waited a few minutes then said “it’s going to be a wait because I’m doing 10 trucks right now.” Thankfully a nice young gentlemen walked in the door that had been in the front parking lot area that took care of us and took care of us very well. There’s no doubt that she knew she was in the wrong because she apologized following our arrival to return the vehicle with Erica present. The attitude we received that day caused us to shop around at competitors due to the lack of customer service provided. My husband and I will both ensure we no longer use this location for future rentals needed. Please reach out if additional information is needed to help avoid this from happening to anyone else.
