  I visited this location on June 27th 2026. There was only one employee working. It was very busy and very chaotic. The employee was very friendly, calm and answered phone calls while taking care of the customers in front of her. It was pretty impressive. I will definitely go back if I need another rental.

  Well, where do I begin? I want to shout out 1000 percent to: Joy, answering customer service line, and Lavonna and Banks at the Ft. Worth 7th st Enterprise counter. All 3 literally saved my you-know-what memorial day wknd. That day, i had a reservation that I had made a week prior with Hertz- showed up on time only to hear them tell me how sorry they were, but they did not have any cars for me, they had over booked. Here I was, stranded, on a Friday evening at 5 PM. before a holiday needing a vehicle to drive to austin asap. I started dialing every other rental agency i knew and luckily, Enterprise saved the day. Joy with customer service was absolutely incredible. She had a happy bubbly personality and completely understood when I kept rambling, and saying the wrong things and was so frustrated, but she was beyond patient and understanding and helped me find a vehicle. I then was taken to their 7th street fort worth location and walked in and was helped by their representative named Banks. He was a young energetic full of life guy that helped me and got me going where I needed to go quickly. He too, had a wonderful personality and was laughing and joking and had me relaxed and happy before I knew it. When I returned the car on tuesday after the holiday, Lavonna helped me sign my car back in and she was so delightful as well friendly professional, smiling , really made my day. Hertz needs to take a lesson from Enterprise on customer service. I have told all my friends and family how great Enterprise is.And I will only use them from now on I highly highly recommend them.
