    I scheduled my rental 2 weeks ago online. I had is scheduled to pick up in mount pleasant. I received emails to check in and confirm. I went through all of it. Everything was on track. The day of pick up came, we arrived at enterprise Mount pleasant and was informed they do not have any cars available. I explained I booked this 2 weeks ago and he said unfortunately they do not have any cars at all. He said they close in 15 minutes so there is a chance someone could return a car between now and then. Not only did this happen to me, there were 3 other people in the lobby that had the same issue. I called the 800 number for enterprise and they said they would escalate our issue and someone would be calling us. We are supposed to leave at 3 am for our trip. This is so unprofessional! Enterprise needs to do better!!

    I reserved a car. When I went to Enterprise to pick up the car, it was not there. Not only was the car I made a reservation not available there were NO CARS available at all at that location. So we called another Enterprise close by. They also had NO CARS available to rent. Mind you this is a TUESDAY. So we called to reserve a car from Enterprise in the Dallas area. The representative promised us there were 6 cars available. Until we got a phone call from that enterprise that they also HAD NO CARS TO RENT. You people might want to think about buying cars instead of paying for an offshore call center to handle reservations if you intend to stay in the car rental business. Just saying. Having NOTHING available for a 150 square mile radius on a Tuesday is not a flex. And by the looks of the complaints and one stars it appears that Enterprise has a real issue here. I for one will never bother to call Enterprise to rent a car ever again. Why bother? If enterprise can't have a car available on a TUESDAY why would it have one for the weekend. Way too much trouble. Waste of time. Spent three hours trying to locate ONE available car. Ridiculous. Whatever tech you think is the future, it's not. It is nothing BUT slop. Why would Enterprise business model include really passing off their potential customers with a stupid reservation call center in another country? YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES ENTERPRISE.

    As a long time customer of Enterprise (often renting monthly vehicle in the past), I have been extremely disappointed by this location for the last 2 years. Though I do not utilize this location much, the last two times I attempted a rental were failures by the brand and branch. Most recently, I booked a rental the week before, I arrived after the scheduled pickup time to give them some cushion and was told there were no rental but I could wait 2 hours or take a dirty vehicle that was below the rental quality I booked. I understand it is hard to keep inventory sometimes, especially outside major cities. The company need to do better at keeping this location functional, the local team needs to do better at customer service and proactivity. I was furious when I left and had to leave my family stranded on our property without a vehicle while I went to Dallas. Please step up here.
