  I recently had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Mt. Pleasant, TX and wanted to share just how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and they took the time to explain all my options clearly without any pressure or confusion. I really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and policies. The vehicle I received was spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go right on time. It drove perfectly and made my trip comfortable and worry-free. It’s clear they take pride in keeping their cars in excellent condition. What stood out the most was the customer service. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, which is something you don’t always find these days. I even needed to extend my rental for an extra day, and that process was incredibly easy. I called in, and within about three minutes, everything was handled—no hassle at all. Returning the car was just as simple—quick, seamless, and efficient. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Enterprise again or recommend them to others. Highly impressed and very satisfied!

  D Stevens was fantastic! He had wonderful customer service when we picked up the vehicle. He also handled drop off like a pro. Roadside assistance with Enterprise was TERRIBLE!!! 6 phone calls later and I am STILL waiting on a call from a supervisor to resolve the situation ……..the vehicle had 5 lights on the dash Friday afternoon and we requested a switch out. Unfortunately due to the lack of care and urgency from roadside assistance we had to drive the vehicle for over 12.5 hours home and just pray we made it safe. After arriving at the Mt. Pleasant location for drop off, D Stevens went above and beyond to assure we felt taken care of and heard. We sincerely appreciate him and hope that Enterprise Roadside Assistance will learn how to treat customers and care like D.
