- LALisa AdlerJun 27, 20261.0I scheduled my rental 2 weeks ago online. I had is scheduled to pick up in mount pleasant. I received emails to check in and confirm. I went through all of it. Everything was on track. The day of pick up came, we arrived at enterprise Mount pleasant and was informed they do not have any cars available. I explained I booked this 2 weeks ago and he said unfortunately they do not have any cars at all. He said they close in 15 minutes so there is a chance someone could return a car between now and then. Not only did this happen to me, there were 3 other people in the lobby that had the same issue. I called the 800 number for enterprise and they said they would escalate our issue and someone would be calling us. We are supposed to leave at 3 am for our trip. This is so unprofessional! Enterprise needs to do better!!
