  Battery not holding charge. Johnathan tested battery and alternator and found that battery was on its last leg. After I purchased, Johnathan offered to replace battery for me at no extra cost. I took him up on it and Johnathan was professional, friendly and respectful of my truck as to not scratch or damage anything. Great service, hope this battery last over 3 years as battery has 3 year warranty.

  Only good thing was they had the battery I needed in stock. 2 guys inside neither offered to carry the battery out for me. 1 guy wondering around outside just stood there and watched me struggling to carry the battery. I asked him "you weren't taught any manners?" He rolled his eyes and went inside. Will not be back. Will go to elsewhere.

  I went in for a dead battery on my Ford F350. The manager Jeremy did me right. Very helpful. I had purchased the wrong batteries 2 years previously from another store. He set me up with the correct set of batteries and warranties the old ones. Very much appreciated.
