  I had a great experience at Valvoline! Mike did an excellent job explaining everything my car needed without making me feel pressured. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me entertained while I waited, which made the whole process go by quickly. The service was fast, professional, and I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. I really appreciate Mike’s outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

  This place is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Cole, Mike, Timothy and Nate the manager are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend to anyone that needs service!!!

  Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting what my vehicle needed. My vehicle is approaching 10 years and Veronica gave me a detailed breakdown of down of services that are recommended to maintain my vehicle for years to come. I will only take my vehicle to this location. Highly recommend!

  I've owned a GR Corolla and I'm very particular about who touches it. It's a limited-production car and something I value a great deal, so trust is a big factor for me when it comes to maintenance. The team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Mont Belvieu has earned that trust. Every visit has been professional, efficient, and thorough. They take the time to communicate what they're doing, treat my car with respect, and never make me feel rushed. For a vehicle that's both special and valuable to me, peace of mind matters. This is the only place I trust for oil changes on my GR Corolla, and they've consistently delivered excellent service. If you're looking for a shop that treats your vehicle like it's their own, I highly recommend them. Plus all your services are logged with Carfax and in the national database. So your warranty can pull the information up and everything else.

  Stay as far away from this place as possible. Read after my visit that they offer veterans discounts yet no one while I was there asked if I was a veteran, I spent $132 for synthetic oil change and it did not involve anything other than the oil. No other service is a huge rip off for that much money, especially when there are other places offering full synthetic oil changes for 69.99. If I wanted to spend over $100 I would’ve went to the dealership and at least there my vehicle would’ve been gone over with a fine tooth comb and the tires would’ve been rotated. I will never spend another penny at this store or any other Valvoline service center.
