Also, all the items that were in my glove box were taken out and left on the passenger seat. I have no idea why this was done, or why they even needed to go in the glove box.
- EOEmily OuyangApr 25, 20261.0It took nearly 30 minutes and 3 guys to figure out how to change out a set of windshield wipers, and they insisted I exit my car and wait in the lobby even though there are several signs outside that indicate you can wait inside your car. Then they tried to charge me $90 for the set when it’s a $30 job (really much less in this case given it took so long and they were trying to muscle / screwdriver the wiper and could’ve broken it in the process). Scary to think they’re touching more important parts of other people’s cars!
