  Nana and Laurel (my apologies if I misspelled either name) were absolutely incredible and truly deserve to be recognized for the level of service they provided. I make a point to leave positive reviews when I receive exceptional service, and I can genuinely say this was the best rental experience I have ever had — and that is not an exaggeration. After being rear-ended and having to navigate the frustration of dealing with someone else’s insurance company, the last thing I wanted was another stressful part of the process. Nana and Laurel completely changed that. They were kind, professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make everything as easy and pleasant as possible. What could have been another headache during an already frustrating situation ended up being one of the most positive parts of the entire experience. We have rented from this location before, and while our previous experience was fine, this visit was on an entirely different level — which is exactly why I felt compelled to leave this review. Employees like Nana and Laurel are the reason customers return, and I truly hope management recognizes the value they bring to this location. As long as we’re living in Sienna, this will absolutely be our go-to location for any future rental needs. Thank you both so much for turning an unfortunate situation into such a memorable and positive experience. Your kindness and exceptional customer service were genuinely appreciated!

  This particular location’s customer service is unmatched. I have not gone to another location since I started coming here unless their inventory is being replenished. To walk in and they know me by name, call me and check on me, just reminds me I’m not just a renter to them I’m valued. I appreciate this team more than I can explain. The nonprofit work I do is very disheartening and sometimes I just need a friendly smile, and that is what I always get when I come here.
