She went above and beyond to assist me when I needed to extend my rental while I was out of town and actually followed up. I texted another car from a different rental company for my team and getting what Brittany accomplished for me over the phone was a nightmare. She is seriously always so courteous to myself and other customers anytime I'm there. Highly recommend this location (all employees are great here but she is amazing to work with) and I plan on only renting from here. Thank you for a great experience again!

Im on an insurance claim and im not going to get my car back for 30 days .. her amd her employees where helpful .. gave me several options to choose from then made sure the car was clean and had a tank full of gas. Noone likes to go through this process knowing they will be in the rental for 30 days while their car is in the shop. So its a relief when the person you deal with has a team that is just as helpful as their manager and make the process seamless. Thank Brittany.. and thank you my guy from Smithson Valley who did a great job. Customer service is still here. Pj
