  Everybody was so nice and helpful. They went out of their way and offered to even drive me to another location because they didn’t have a sedan and I can’t drive a bigger car. A Camry shortly became available and they rushed it to get cleaned so I can take it home asap. Thank you everyone, especially the store manager.

  Made a reservation for pickup at 520 pm and still no one here at 7pm went by store and no one in office office packed full and then they tell me they can't use debit card like who does that whenever you made the reservation they need to be crystal clear on things

  Harmony was an excellent worker getting me started out in my rental and being a smiley joy during a difficult time. Though all of my compliments have to go to the great service Kai provided with assisting me through the chaotic and stressful process that arised with my credit card company and the at-fault insurance firm of the driver that hit me. Kai was personable and provided direct communication when it wasn’t necessary. Thank you again for y’all’s service .

  If I could put zero stars I would. This location has to be the most unorganized enterprise location I’ve ever been too; And the moto “call enterprise we will pick you up” is lie there as well! They won’t even pick up the phone. I’m don’t normally leave reviews but today I have time since I didn’t get my rental because this locations inventory wasn’t what was described online. Honestly just shut the branch down. Because the way the representative treated me he doesn’t want or enjoy his job anyway! Having a room full of renters and nobody is happy is a problem. I was in a room of 10 people waiting to rent a car and we all looked like we were at a funeral. It’s like the manager’s goal today was to see how many people he could NOT get into a rental. Just Avis in the same shopping strip. Now those guy know how to treat customers. Good luck to everyone. And just remember I told you it’s not fun. Just run!

  they need to have an option for 0 stars worse customer service ever what is the point of having a reservation and checking in online and still having to wait been waiting for over 1 hour 🤦‍♀️ this enterprise need to do better its always something at this location horrible horrible horrible employees horrible horrible horrible customer service
