  I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. I had rented from them before, when this guys insurance told me my rental car would be coming from Enterprise, I was totally fine with it. I knew I was in good hands. They brought my rental to me where my car was being repaired. Very very professional 👏🏾

  Waiting for a check out since 56 minutes. I don’t know how much longer I will wait. The man at the counter is justifying the wait and saying I don’t have to take their car. Poor management, short staffing. I don’t recommend this place.

  The rental experience was straight forward, having pre-booked. Kai, the manager was calm, courteous and helpful throughout. I noticed how he stayed calm despite there being so many waiting customers who were getting impatient and a little irritable. Kai made up for my wait time with a generous free upgrade that was great to drive, even if a little heavier on the gas - but hey this is Texas and gas is relatively cheap.

  Worst location ever!!! Stood in an empty lobby for 10 mins before any employee finally walked in then I was ignored for another 10 mins before acknowledged & helped. Was not given the vehicle i rented because it "hadnt been washed yet" but yhe vehicle is got had stains on all the seats. Also the high pressure sales tactics are the worst! I have damage coverage through 2 separate sources for when i rent a car & told them that & they still kept pushing me to add the insurance, even using scare tactics of me having to pay for loss of use. They also put on $300 hold on my credit card. Ive heard of that with a debit card but never a credit card. I'll NEVER rent from this place again!!!!!!!!

  On a saturday I visited with amir for an insurance claim rental .. he stated he had no cars available. I said fine can you call me when you have one available.. there where cars available on the lot but he said he he would not put me in one of those cars because insurance covers 50 a day and I would have to pay the difference. I replied fine .. can you upgrade me .. he said no. I said okay can you call me when one come available. No call I return on Wednesday morning.. and I meet Kai.. excuse me if the name is mispronounced.. he is the heavy set guy with glasses (no disrespect meant) if you happen to have to get a car here. I asked do you guys have any cars available. He replied whats your name. I gave him my name and he asked do I have a reservation .. I replied Wilson and I have a insurance res and I was awaiting a call since there was no cars for me last week. He replied well we dont have no cars today either. I said well im confused.. I thought one of the things with an insurance claim that you guys reach out and call the customer see if they need to be picked up and if not when they will come in to get the car. I said I never got a call or a call back nor have I spoken to anyone other than the day i came here... He said we called you... I replied I havent heard from you guys nor is that the point . Im here to be put in a car.. He replied why are you getting so hostile I can show you where we called you.. I said did yall talk to me .. he replies no .. well if we had no communication and im.here now to get a car whats the problem He said well I have a van for you .. I said I prefer not a van id take a full size and when one comes in can you reach ou to me ..he replied no I cant and I refuse to rent to you because if your hostility.. I smile because evidently he felt like that was amazing customer service to tell a customer who will be without a car for 30 days that he refuses to rent because he felt I was hostile .. Mr Kai.. if your insurance company sets you up with a rental from a place you would want exceptional customer service as well .. instead you made sure that I left your business with the worst possible feeling and thoughts about you and enterprise that I could ever have. Nothing is personal in this business I need a car you hv a car service just get me in a rental of course im frustrated bc you are confronting me about a call when I need a car.. yes I didn't want a van and I said would wait if you could take care of me but refusing to rent because you had an attitude and I matched your energy .. thats bad business .. Enterprise is a great company..I was trained by Phil Dyson and Mark.. some of the greats in Enterprise and we would have never treated or responded with customer in that fashion But best of luck to you Kai and that branch im sure you will have more good days and more bad days .. but just remember claiming a hostile environment is detrimental to business ...
