  Mr. Shahzaib provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find and insure a car that was a perfect fit for me. I highly recommend working with him.

  Seamless rental from start to finish pickup and drop-off were completely hassle-free, and the car was spotless, modern, and drove amazing. Highly recommend.

  I called the morning of my reservation to make sure we were all good and they would have a car ready for me as I have 3 small children. Still had to wait over an hour to get the car when I got there. They are so short-staffed. One person was working inside while two other employees sat outside eating, smoking cigarettes, at the entrance door and chatting with one another. Also, I drive a minivan. They gave me the smallest SUV I've ever seen. I can barely fit my family in it. You'd think they'd try to find a slightly bigger vehicle for me since they see me with my 3 kids and car seats. I will NEVER go to this location again.

  Car booked was not available despite calls multiple days prior to ensure that request was noted. This is now the second time that rental had to be cancelled by the company secondary to lack of availability of vehicle booked. If you're booking anything here be sure to have backup plans available in case the vehicle type you want is not available otherwise you're going to end up having to cancel your plans! Will be reaching out to Enterprise corporate to find out why this is an ongoing issue with the particular location.

  I’ve rented from this Enterprise location three times now, and I continue to have a great experience every time. Shahzaib Aamir was especially helpful during my most recent rental. His communication was excellent, he was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and easy. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made me feel like a valued customer. The service was fast from start to finish, and I really appreciated how understanding and helpful he was. This Missouri City location has definitely become my go-to whenever I need a rental car. Shahzaib even told me to reach out to him directly at enterprise location the next time I need a vehicle, and I definitely will. Great customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend this location and Shahzaib!
