  I had purchased front brake pads and rotors, only to find out after purchase that I need back brake pads and rotors instead. Went up to the store to do an exchange but was told it was easier to do a return and purchase what I actually needed. Now I don't have the brake pads and rotors I need because I'm waiting for the refund to hit my bank account.

  I want to take a moment to give Mikel Oliver the recognition he truly deserves for providing me with exceptional customer service. From the moment I called AutoZone about a part and tool I urgently needed, Mikel went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and approachable. I never once felt intimidated or uncomfortable asking questions. Instead, he immediately gave me the impression that he knew exactly what he was talking about and genuinely wanted to help. Mikel listened to my situation and understood that I was in a hurry to get my vehicle taken care of. He made sure the items I needed were reserved and held for me, which gave me peace of mind that I wouldn’t arrive only to find out they were gone. When I arrived at the store, Mikel continued to provide the same outstanding level of service. He was very familiar with my type of vehicle and was able to help me navigate exactly what I needed.   They probably saved me a few hundred dollars today. I was having issue with my car and thought it was something with the electrical system because another shop test the battery and it passed. I had them test it and it failed. Moses explained they must have doen the wrong test since its an agm which needs a different type of test. Luckily it was still under warranty and he swapped it out quickly.
