  I experienced an auto emergency that I knew absolutely nothing about today, but with the help of LaShaun and Talicia, I left this location more calm than I was when I made it there. I was educated on the issue I was facing, and walked away with a temporary plan until the professionals were able to take over. Simply put...with the utmost patience and kindess (and humor) they really helped me out, and I am very grateful! 😊

  Associate lied to my face. My 2015 Nissan Altima battery had died in the morning. I jumped it in the afternoon and took it to this auto zone because I was 99% sure that it was under warranty. He proceeds to tell me that it’s a bad battery. I tell him that I’m pretty sure it’s under warranty. He puts in my phone number on the screen and I can see clearly that I bought that battery in September 2025 and that the warranty is active, but I don’t say anything. He scrolls down and clicks on a purchase from 2021 and tells me to my face that it’s expired. I say “sir the other purchase says my car and that it says active”. He then backs out and clicks on the correct one. He then tells me that if they are doing the swap, I have to take it out myself so that he can scan it. I was pretty sure that’s not right but I say whatever can I just pay you to replace it. He says if you take it out you have to put it back in. I ask if I can borrow tools. He gives me the wrong tool. I get a bad feeling about this guy so I give him his tool back and leave. I call the other auto one on 1092 and the associate says yeah if it’s under warranty bring it in and we’ll replace ot for you free of charge. I’m writing this review as the associate from the 1092 store is replacing my battery. If you are reading this and just didn’t feel like replacing the battery, just say that. Don’t lie to my face. Anyways, this store was my local store but I’ll drive the few extra miles to the 1092 store from now on. Hope this helps someone else.

  I went in just to ask a question, and the man on duty answered it . Very friendly personnel. I will return as needed in the future!

  Angels sent from heaven! So helpful when my car battery went out. Helped every step of the way and even changed my car battery. I could not have been more grateful for them!!!
