Been using valvoline for a while now an this location drop the ball this time. They put down on the receipt under comments that there is a skid pad bolt missing an don't tell my wife there she's missing a skid pad bolt is missing. Mind you the receipt is in the email. You should tell your customers there an then an not on a receipt. This location will never be used again an we spent 160.00 a 65.00 cabin filter an 127.99 on a oil change that includes 5 quarts of oil an 1 oil filter for 127.99. Stay with a measly discount. Be more professional valvoline on shary rd. Valvolines prices are too high didn't even offer a discount on the next oil change.

Moved here and bought a new kia and needed to find a good oil change place. GOT SO LUCKY finding this place. Seldom write a review unless a place is so excellent OR so bad!! So happy 😊 on Shary Road. And there is a great car wash right next door 💯🎉 Also topped off all my fluids. Used coupon.

Extremely professional and well done. This is now my new go to place. Shaun runs a tight ship, and it can be seen on how efficient the team is taking care of the customers. 10/10.

Besides fast service, they were very respectful and explained what would be checked. Definitely recommend.
