  They need to change their mechanics because they always mess with something they supposed to fix your vehicle with pride but instead of they left expose cables under the carpet instead put them away on the right place and they get mad when we speak out giving a feedback.. bad service with bad staff

  If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. My car was there for two weeks, and the communication was terrible. I received no updates, and whenever I called, I was told someone would call me back. Those calls never came. When I finally picked up my car, it was dirty and in worse condition than when I dropped it off. After two weeks, this is completely unacceptable. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

  Despite everything I hear about QuickLane, they were extremely professional and provided me with great information regarding maintenance for my vehicle. Mario did a great job getting my car in and out quickly. Thanks to the whole spikes team in service.

  I will never step foot in this dealership again. I am honestly relieved that I was able to trade in my 2025 Ford Mustang for another vehicle. My experience with the Mustang was extremely frustrating. I dealt with recall after recall, transmission issues, and motor vibration problems. After the vehicle had been in service for a month and a half, it was finally returned to me in an extremely messy and muddy condition. I still tried to give Ford the benefit of the doubt and attempted to trade the vehicle in for another Ford. I was told they would work with me, but instead, I was offered another vehicle at an interest rate of around 9%, despite having a high credit score. That experience left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of the situation rather than actually help me. I even contacted Ford Corporate hoping they could assist, but unfortunately, they did nothing to resolve the situation. I also tried speaking with the GM, but that resulted in nothing more than being given the runaround. After everything I experienced, I am thankful that I was finally able to move on from my Ford. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a Ford to thoroughly research the transmission issues and reliability concerns before making a decision. I originally wasn't going to leave a negative review for Spikes, but after everything that happened, I no longer feel comfortable doing business there or purchasing another Ford vehicle. No need to respond to this review, GM. Thanks, but no thanks.

  Inquired about a tesla for a week, and was in auto shop repairing damage on the back of vehicle. Finally went to see vehicle, and I had to be the one to find the salesman even though I had already let him know I was on my my, come to find even more damage was on car that wasn't disclosed, chipping was found on all 4 rims, scratches were around vehicle, and front bumper was not aligned properly, also undercarriage had a piece coming off, along with the paint. Still decided to do a test drive, while on drive I literally had to tell salesman to sell me the car tell me the features because he was just being quite and on his phone. When I started asking more questions he was googling the answers, but if you knew I had interest a week before and was on my way, you should do your research to help with sale. Ultimately did not take vehicle since it looked as it was in an accident, but wasnt reported to insurance to avoid a bad car fax. Management needs to do a better job at training their salesman, along with providing full disclosure of damages on vehicle, will not be returning.
