A friend and I each purchased Ecosports in November 2021. We were not aware of a recall on them that could result in an engine seizure and loss of brakes. I finally traded mine for a Toyota CHR because I was so uneasy driving. My friend still has hers. We were both promised “ loaner s” when the repairs were done. Well finally, my friend’s car developed a problem related to the recall. She took it to Spikes and was told 3 days, no loaner. Then it turned into 3 weeks, no loaner.
The entire experience with Spikes has been disappointing. As a family owned business, I would have expected more “ ownership “ of promises given. It has been more of a” well , I don’t know what you were told, but….”
My friend is a widow with a heart condition. No car for 3 weeks after waiting 5 years for a repair on a new car. To make matters worse, they knew about the recall when it was sold. If that is the way a “ family “ operates, glad I am not a member.
There has been a complaint filed with Ford Motor Co. case # issued and sent to General Manager, however, The person who took the complaint said “ he may not read it” Wow!!
There is also a post on the Nextdoor app that has gotten a lot of attention. At least we can warn others to not be taken in.

If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for Josh! From the moment we walked in, he was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, explained all of our options, and made sure we were completely comfortable with our decision.
We purchased a 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks, and Josh made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he genuinely cared about making sure we left happy.
It’s hard to find someone who is honest, professional, and truly puts the customer first, but Josh exceeded every expectation. We couldn’t be happier with our Bronco and are so grateful for all of his help. If you want outstanding customer service and someone who will go the extra mile, Josh is the person to see. Highly recommend—10/10!

This dealer ship is a complete disaster. Their advisers are clueless, the mechanics are entitled, and there’s a general lack of competence throughout. If you don’t change the mechanics or people dragging this dealership down, this situation will eventually come to an end, and I mean truly end. It has immense potential, but unfortunately, it lacks proper guidance. Now that the service director has left it’s worse he was the only remaining source of hope . However, it’s become increasingly apparent that the service here is no longer reliable. Recalls are not being handled correctly, and I’ve heard that some even fail to replace the correct bolts.

My wife and i had an excellent experience working with Pedro during my car purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Pedro took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. There was no pressure, and he made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Pedro to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful car salesperson. Thank you for the outstanding service! Great work

Purchased my ford f-250 used with 48’000 miles and was gold stamp certified. Immediately the transmission was down shifted very hard and the engine had nocking. Long story short I had the truck for a little over 2 yrs and the dealership had it for almost half the time. The transmission and engine had to be completely replaced and it still had issues. When I spoke to the owner he stated all would be taken care of but was ultimately just not true. The truck had the bottom full of old crusted oil and despite the amount of times I took it in for oil changes it was never reported by the technicians at the lube station on top of the fact that they also broke my reservoir tank to the radiator and the technician pushed the hose under the battery to hide it and did not report it. I traded a perfectly good GMC AT4 and received a completely damaged f250.
The pitiful attempt that the sales director offered me was to trade in the truck with a trade in value of a little over $75,000 giving about a $36,000 positive equity but I would have to finance a truck worth $160,000. All this did was waste my time and money and i ultimately had to trade it in at a different dealership. I can’t stress enough DO NOT GO TO SPIKES FORD!!!! All they did was rob me and did not take responsibility for there false promises. The only positive experience I had was with the service director she is a wonderful person.
