  I have been trying to get a rental for 3 days already- 1st day the guy called me and said he will call me once he had something available, never got a call- 2nd day I called him and he said he still did not have anything and not to call he will call me "IF" he had something, 3rd day his system is "Down" THE HELL!!- and what makes me angry is that I called all the enterprises in the valley area and one man was kind enough to tell me that the enterprise where I was sent to was having a vehicle available that same day, how can someone else check your store but you can't.

  Muy mal servicio primero me habló en español luego en inglés y ya no me habló español dijo que no hay disponibilidad en ninguno otro enterprise y ya me reservaron en otro lado

  I had a great experience with Enterprise! The customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, which made the experience very easy and stress-free. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Enterprise!

  Rented a Nissan Rogue and honestly couldn’t have asked for better. What stood out: • Pickup: Walked in, zero wait. Agent had my reservation ready and I was on the road in under 10 minutes. No pressure to add extras. • Car: 2025 Nissan Rogue, clean inside and out, low miles, and drove like new. Great on gas and plenty of room for luggage. • Return: Pulled in, quick once-over, receipt emailed immediately. Super professional staff and a smooth process start to finish. This location makes renting hassle-free. Already recommended it to family.
