I refused just got oil change and tire rotation, and they took a whole hour and a half to do, while other dealerships get this service done in less than 30 mins. They never offered a discount or anything to compensate for the erroneous information online. Thus far worst experience at dealerships.

I brought my vehicle in for what should have been routine maintenance—a tire rotation, oil change, and replacement of a purge valve. Instead, my vehicle has now been at the dealership for nearly two weeks, and I still do not have it back. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I have received little to no updates unless I reach out myself, and even then, I have not been given clear information or a realistic timeline. As a customer who purchased my vehicle from this dealership, I expected much better service and communication. Being without my vehicle for this long has been extremely inconvenient, and the overall experience has been unacceptable. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer communication and service, because no customer should have to experience this level of uncertainty and frustration.
