  Lo que puedo decir es que no te vas con las manos vacias. Los agentes si saben hacer negocio y buscar la mejor opcion para ti. Muy amables, con mucha paciencia sobre todo 🙏. Y despues de ir a 5 agencias con ellos si pude encontrar y ajustar lo que necesitaba. Tienen carros con muy buen precio y negociables.

  Very questionable technical knowledge in their service department. I brought my Mazda 6 to Bert Ogden Mission Mazda yesterday for an alignment because the vehicle was pulling to the right. After picking up the car and driving away from the dealership, I immediately noticed that it was still doing the exact same thing. I called the service department back, explained that the issue had not been resolved, and rescheduled the vehicle for today so they could take another look at it. They took the car in again today, and unfortunately, the vehicle is still pulling to the right exactly as it was before. What is especially frustrating is that after two attempts on two consecutive days, the issue remains unresolved. I was told the alignment was within specification, but the actual driving complaint has not been fixed. They also do not provide a before-and-after alignment report, so as a customer, I have no way to see what the measurements were before the alignment, what was adjusted, or what the final measurements were. I understand that an alignment machine can show that measurements are within factory specifications, but if the vehicle continues to pull in the same direction after the service, I expect the service department to diagnose why it is happening, rather than simply saying the alignment is within specification. I gave them an opportunity to correct the problem the very next day, and it is still not resolved. Two visits, two alignment attempts, same pulling issue. Very disappointing, and it seriously makes me question the technical knowledge and diagnostic ability of the service department.

  I took my car in on a Tuesday. They said they would call me by the end of the day or the next day. It should be ready. I waited and never got a call so on the 3rd and 4th day I kept getting voicemails So I’d leave a voicemail and never got a call back. So on Monday the 7th day my car was there I called and finally got answers as to why it was taking so long. They were nice, but I told them I would’ve hoped they would’ve given me a courtesy call to let me know the car was gonna take longer than expected. They said they have A lot of work and it’s hard to answer all the calls even though they have a call center. And this is because I brought my car in Harlingen, but they had zero service appointments so I had to drive all the way to Mission. Kia service department really needs improvement in Harlingen and Mission.
