  I’m beyond frustrated. I own a 2025 Kia Sorento with only 18,000 miles, and my A/C has already failed. The dealership is telling me there’s a hole in the A/C condenser that they claim was caused by a rock, so they’re denying my warranty and expecting me to pay the repair bill. Maybe I’m wrong, but should a vehicle that’s barely a year old and has only 18,000 miles have an A/C condenser that’s so vulnerable that normal road driving can leave you with a repair bill? That doesn’t seem acceptable to me. I’m curious if anyone else with a 2025 Kia Sorento—or any newer Kia—has experienced the same issue. Did Kia stand behind the repair, or were you left paying out of pocket too? I’d appreciate hearing your experiences because, at this point, I’m questioning the durability of a vehicle this new. A condenser on a 2025 vehicle shouldn’t fail this easily under what most people would consider normal driving conditions.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at the Kia dealership in Mission. We visited yesterday and waited for about an hour. We were told that someone had been called to assist us, but no one ever came. During the entire time, no one followed up with us or made any effort to help. We came ready to look at vehicles, but instead felt completely ignored. Good customer service starts with acknowledging your customers and making sure they're taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a much better experience.

  Great service from Luis Velasco!!! He was very patient and explained everything very clearly! Very professional I would totally recommend him to friends and family! Amazing service, very knowledgeable when it came to car features and guided me and my family step by step through the process! It was a blessing to have guided service buying my Sportage Kia especially since it was my first car. Excellent and Amazing service!! Great sales help from Luis Velasco!! Very helpful!
