  Worst Dealership in the valley, especially the service department they do not know what they’re doing they lack communication with customers we have to constantly be calling to get updates at service dept; requested to talk to manager, Benito hasn’t evened responded or returned our call , Maybe Mr.Jakob will, they only care about selling trucks that dont even work

  So I went o buy a pick up truck and I can’t be any happier with the Silverado I purchased!! Josh recommended sales consultant Johnny Escamilla and he took the time to go around the lot with me and he helped me find the perfect Silverado, his explanation of the newest features that come with the pick up and knowledge he shared with me about the tech that the vehicle was impressive. Honestly all that info helped me make the best decision and that is to purchase that pick up! Josh & Johnny Escamilla honestly both had the highest level of stellar customer service and I was very pleased and happy that I picked Bert Ogden Chevy mission to make my new vehicle purchase and that cause I have always bought from Clark… so thank you very much Josh & Johnny!!!!!

  Me and the sales team agreed on 200k over MSRP on the ZR1x and I already wired my money over. I got ghosted for a couple of days… then came a lengthy apology from the sales manager NOT the general manager. Long story short they put me and other buyers in a bidding war and kept on adding price to me and the other buyers (not sure how many). They AGREED 200k over and no games and still did this to me. General Manager’s name isn’t even spelled correctly. First person I know that has Jacob spelled as Jakob. There’s no integrity or basic business practice at this dealership please be aware.

  Jesse was a tremendous help to our vehicle purchase, he literally went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend friends and family to come and see him for their next vehicle purchase. thank you Jesse! and also Rey in the Financial Dept for staying late for us you were just as wonderful... they deserve a raise as an incentive for their hard work!

  The wife and had searching for a nice clean Tahoe.. It just occurred that we were driving around your Mission Dealer. Came across one that had just been turn in. The Tahoe had been serviced, yet ae took a text drive and added making a great deal in it that same day. I was to bring it back for a full services. Well I did and found he had defected paint work from the factory and was given a loaner till my Tahoe was all done. Plus since I purchase the extended warranty they fixed more minor damage that my policy covered.. The wife are extremely happy with our 2023 Tahoe. We knew that it was a gas user but we feel safe drive it and that means lot more than saving gas .. Thank you Carlos salesman, Mgr, and services dept and most of all the body shop mgr she was amazing and felt like never before and caring for Safe return Tahoe looking like new.
